My mom told me about this place and I started coming here too like the other reviews … This place is always on point. He always delivers! He’s a professional at what he does. There’s no other place I’d take my shoes or clothes to imo he’s by far the BEST!!!

For several years I’ve brought clothes to be tailored and shoes to be repaired and I’ve never been disappointed. They’re very professional in their quality and delivery of products.

A friend of mine with «particular taste» uses them all the time so it said a lot. Used John’s to resole a pair of loafers. Anyone with loafers knows that they really start getting comfy after about one sole’s worth of life (get better and better!). John’s did up the soles and heels perfectly and made the shoes look better than new. My wife (who has a degree in Shoes) didn’t see why I wanted to resole… after we got these back from John’s she understood my point of view. for me. I’m going back shortly with a repair and expect good things.

Not the cheapest but pretty quick and seem reliable the few times I have used them. The hems are not of the highest quality though. Close to the entrance between Macy’s and Sears

I’m used to shoe repair places that do shoe repair, and maybe a dry cleaner that does alterations — but this was my first exposure to a combo shoe repair/​alterations place. What a great find. As luck would have it, I needed some shoe work, and a bunch of alterations that had been stacking up for some time. 5-​Star service in both categories. Odd that it’s in a mall, yes, but at least it’s near a main mall entrance, so it’s quite easy to get to. Definitely recommend the place for shoe repair or a new hem in a pair of pants.
