Consistently doesn’t have in stock items Home Depot on Lake Mary Blvd regularly has. Unfortunately a little longer drive from my home but well worth it as it saves me two trips 50% of the time.

Much better than Home Depot. It’s still hard to find employees to help you if you have a question, but other than that, they have everything you need and usually with better quality than Home Depot.

Who doesn’t like Lowes? Easy to get in and out.

Nice store but nothing special about this store, just like the other ones I have been too with same layout and friendly staff. Bought some seeds to plant out side and they also have fruit plants already grown and ready to plant for a reasonable price. Not a bad store with lots of stuff to look, definitely like coming here.

I’ve had a few significant dealings with THIS Lowes store that warrant the 5 stars. One was when we moved in with appliances and they were fantastic. I tried to use them for kitchen cabinets and would have had we not found a very hungry custom guy who normally(during better times) wouldn’t have been in our reach price wise. But they were a hair away from a total kitchen/bar area order with superior help and service. Price was good. Now recently we ordered two double-doors/entryway doors and another door and from the sales area to Brandon in Installs and the Lowes installers… they provided a great experience overall. I can’t imagine a better install by ANYONE, the door price and quality is terrific so far and communication with the store overall was beyond my expectation. We go here for other smaller stuff but I wouldn’t be afraid to use them for a $$ purchase at all.

This Lowe’s has been a lifesaver on our home improvement projects. There are constantly employees walking around ready to offer help or tips on how to finish a project you thought you’d ruined. They’re reassuring and very helpful. Definitely come here if you need help on your project.

Nice and clean. Some troubles with customer service at times. However, the people in kitchen cabinets were amazing

This is hands down the worst home improvement establishment I’ve ever had the displeasure of frequenting. The for the most part is completely uninterested in whatever issue you have. You can literally see their eyes glaze over as you explain your home improvement issue. This Lowes is closer to us than any other Lowes or Home Depot, and trust me, any other store is worth the extra drive. Here’s a few instances to give you an idea why I won’t be coming back. –We decided to get extra keys cut for our new residence. The girl who cut them clearly did not do so properly because the next day I found myself locked out for an hour and half with my two year old in 90 degree weather. When I called to speak to a manager, he was audibly uninterested in my plight. When I pressed the issue, he said the store would pay for the cost of the locksmith, which fortunately was zero. –Their paint department is a complete joke. The main guy who works there has that he has been there since 2001… I think in 11 years, a good foundation of customer service should be established, but apparently not here. They also had some other girl working the desk who was more interested in running her chubby little mittens through her greasy pony tail instead of taking care to make sure she does her job properly.(Mole face, I’m taking to you.) Last but not least, in the trial of the paint department, there is also a young ‘gentleman’ who has gauges in his ears with dead scorpions in them. That charming fact aside, you sir, are a complete asshole. If someone is speaking to you, explaining a problem, you could at the very least not walk away. It took this crew three tries to get my paint color right. High ceilings and two floors are not fun to touch-up paint on the third time going. –Their cashiers are consistently unfriendly. Minor detail, but it really is salt on the wound in every unfortunate incident I’ve had with this store. All in all, do not go to this Lowes if you expect your issues to be taken into consideration or handled properly. However, if you do want to be treated like you’re sub-human, locked out of your house and have to re-paint your home three times, by all means, go.

A lot of stuff We recently needed to do a lot of work in a recently purchased home. Since we had practically no tools, equipment or much of anything else we needed a place where we could buy a lot of different things, quickly, easily and inexpensively. Since we had experience with other Lowe’s and this particular store happen to be near by, we decided to give it a look. Sure enough this was a huge place, nicely organized and labeled in both English and Spanish. We had no difficulty in finding the multitude of mundane, unusual, or just plain bizarre things we needed. We found most of the stuff ourselves but for the occasion thingamajig or doodad that we weren’t sure about we found an employee to help us. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful but it did usually take some time to find one that wasn’t dong a zillion other things. Frequently talking to another customer, on the phone or trying to go in four different directions at once. It requires a bit of patience to actually talk to one. The store was clean or as clean as stores like this can be and in general everyone was polite and helpful although a few more employees would certainly be nice. We exchanged a few things without difficulty and the stuff we had to order arrived on time and in excellent shape. A pretty useful store for people that want to do the work themselves but aren’t always sure exactly what they need to do the job.
