I had someone who works for me turn on a valve by accident and then leave — thus flooding my house. Servpro came out that next morning and took care of it. One of their dehumidifiers did leak (rare but these things have been known to happen to me!) so they discounted the bill accordingly. I brought them back out when we had another smaller leak in the bathroom and knew I could trust the owner and his son at assessing the damage and they were honest that it wasn’t that bad and told it to me straight. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs honest people to repair damage.
I’ve survived hurricanes, a tornado that took our whole home years ago and these are the only ones I’m going to call if anything happens again (which hopefully it doesn’t!)

I had a severe situation with my father’s house that included biohazard waste and extreme cleaning needs — and I’m not exaggerating. Kevin and Jason worked with me to get hauling and cleaning done. I could not have gotten through the situation without their help.
Kevin and Jason had the biohazard items immediately removed and sent the most thorough crew over for cleaning. The restoration was incredible. I highly recommend the ServPro team. They are courteous, professional and do as exactly as they promise.

When God made Kim he broke the mold. You will not find a more outgoing considerate person on this planet. Kim impresses me because she is genuine. She makes everyone her friend and does this with sincerity. She is an excellent marketing rep for Servpro. She is professional and carries herself well. In one word you can trust her in business and personal relationship.
