I recently hired them to clean and seal my kitchen and shower stall floor. The kitchen came out good. The shower floor and wall not so much. Louie agreed to knock some money off the bill which was helpful but I would have preferred my floor and walls to look better. He agreed to drop off some cleaning solution f. or the floors to my house since I live so close to him in Winter Garden. Two weeks of phone calls to his wife and being extremely nice and polite to her and nothing. Every day I call her and she tells me that oh I forgot and today I promise to drop it off. Well after over two weeks of phone calls and broken promises I am officially giving up. If you are looking for follow up from this company you will not get it. This is a shame since I like to support a local mom and pop owned business but I guess they don’t want future business from me or a recommendation.

I work in property management and called a few grout companies and it happened to be after hours. Louie answered the phone and took the time to talk and explain what they could do for me. He also emailed me some before/​after pictures of their work.
Because I work a lot after the normal 9 – 5 time frame I really appreciated the effort.
I hired them, they did the work and the tenants are very happy.

Grout Warriors did an excellent job for us yesterday. They showed up on time, outlined all the costs and provided us with a quote before they got started. They were knowledgeable, professional, thorough yet fast. We had them clean and color seal the grout in our kitchen and first floor bathroom. We also had them clean and clear seal the two bathrooms upstairs. They finished the job in less than 3 hours and left the house spotless (they are very careful about layout down tarps, towels, etc to keep everything clean). They also gave us a special mop and a 1-​gallon bottle of their custom cleaning solution that will easily last 5+ years. The tile and grout look better than new, if that’s even possible! Highly recommended!
