This is the worst Sprint store in the Orlando area that I have visited. I can’t imagine that the manager cares at all. I’d been there a couple of times to browse before I actually asked them for help with my phone. I explained a couple of times to the woman helping me that I was having problems with the forced software upgrade and I needed them to restore it to an earlier version of firmware. «Sure, but we’ll have to charge you $ 17.» and I was fine with that. That wasn’t what they did, though. They apparently went into the menus I could use and reset the phone to clear all the data. When I was given the phone by the technical person, I asked what version of firmware they installed, «Oh, we can’t do that here.» was his reply. I ended up with an empty phone and started from scratch, again. If people work in a store, shouldn’t they have a maximum level of knowledge about technical products, instead of just holding down the floor?
