This food truck from recommended by coworker. I ordered the burrito with El Pastor. It was a unique taste where the beans are not whole but mushed. The price and portion seem fair but they need to work on their hot sauce and carrot marinade…

So my friend recommended me to try the Mulitias here, and they tasted great! They are about $ 5 each, and are very reminiscent of a quesadilla, having a cheesy filling with meat, cilantro(?) and onions and being cooked nice and lightly crispy on the outside. They had a variety of sauces to eat with them, and I personally preferred the white/yellow one, which was a little spicy but also cool holdback to it. The green one also tasted pretty good if you like a stronger«veggie» taste to the sauce. You can also get the typical pickled veggies here(carrots and peppers and what not) I also ordered Sidral which is like Mexican Apple Soda, and that was $ 2. When we went on a Friday night, they were closing at around 11PM, but I don’t know if that is a hard time or if that’s just when the crowd was dying down.

This food truck hidden away in the streets of Santa Ana. At first glanced the truck does not look like much but once you speak to the staff you’ll find they’re very pleasant and want to get your order just the way you like it. I tried their Mulitas. Mulitas are basically two fresh handmade tortillas with a light layer of Mexican cheese. in between these two tortillas you find fresh carne asada grilled to a light chrisp and topped off with onions and cilantro. The tortilla alone had a wonderful flavi! Everything is topped off with one of their signature salsa which is a thick creamy habanero and avocado salsa blended into a smooth and creamy consistency. Perfect for my Mulita!

This is part of Alebrije’s food truck but don’t be fooled… it’s not the same as the one at Cubbon St. It’s pretty good but not top Grade A material like the other one. Why oh why did you guys get rid of «Chicharron Prensado»??? I came here only to be sad and disappointed. I wonder if I can special order it? Anyways, the tacos are underwhelming… no nopales here… the gorditas… about a 1⁄3 of the size. So why the difference?

Love the tacos here. Whenever I go, I order at least 5 tacos. Unfortunately, this is a food truck and so there is no place for you to sit, wash your hands or use the restroom. So come prepared.

Authentic and yummy I believe I got the torta cubana and used the super hot spice. It was so flavorful. I will be back for more authentic yummy goodness.

This lonchera is right around the corner from Superior grocers market. You can’t miss the pink truck, with a few people(and a nice, bearded homeless man blasting music from his shopping cart) hanging around waiting for their food. It’s easy to get this truck mixed up with the other, more widely known Alebrijes down the street, since they look virtually identical. I tried 3 tacos — asada, lengua, and pastor. I initially wanted to order something else, like flautas, but the lady who took my order just shook their head. The lady didn’t speak a lick of English, but I appreciated her patience in letting me practice my Spanish. All of the street style tacos were about a buck each, and filled with meat. Not bad for $ 3 and change. My favorite was the lengua — tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The asada and pastor were good, as well. I really liked the green salsa to go with the tacos, and went well with the $ 2 bag of freshly fried tortilla chips I picked up at Superior.

This is an awesome taco truck! I have the pastor tacos last night and my friend had the tripes and lengua. I’m not a big lengua fan, but she loves the tongue! The tripes was actually very good, my first time trying it. They deep fried it so it tastes really good.
