Worst experience ever. Unfriendly staff. .
I asked for a water cup, the male employee grabbed the inside of the cup with his fingers and handed it to me… and that was after he handed me my change back. … talk about health code violation.

My mom usually comes here for brunch since it is walking distance from her work place. However, yesterday she lost her wallet. Assuming it has to be at Burger King since she was only at two destinations: work and burger king. My mom’s manager replayed the surveillance cameras and it showed my mom walking back into work without hold her wallet. So we went over to Burger King asking for the manager or if they have a lost and found or if there was any recordings. The employer said no to everything. Said he WONT call his manager and WONT check the lost and found because the employers who worked the afternoon shift would have told him if there was any lost items since they are his «friends».
That sounded so sketchy and dishonest. There’s always a bunch of youngsters loitering around the food chain area and seems to be «buddy» with the guy that worked there. I would not be surprised if they have stolen it; as there was immediately fraudulent charges on my mom’s cards…

Who ever is working at 11:21 pm on 12/​1, you are amazing lol he let me try the buffalo chicken finger! I asked if it was spicy and me offers if I wanted a taste, I politely declined because I didn’t want him to get in trouble. HE SNUCK A PIECE IN MY BAG! it’s the little things that people do that have me coming back. My new favorite Burger King

I don’t like this location. I came once and their credit card machine was not working. On another occasion I pulled up at 6:10 am and all the lights were off no one available? Today was my last visit I came here at 11:00am and they said they were closed for a short period. I will stick to the main and dyer location.

I ordered the Extra Long Sriracha Cheeseburger for $ 3.69
The Beef was juicy, the Cheese was great and the Sriracha Sauce had a nice kick.

manager or owner should be fined for the dirty place they run. DO NOT GO HERE! Dirty, slow, dirty and just save your time and gag reflex for another place. Service gets 3.0 out 5, Food 3 out of 5, cleanliness is 1 out of 5.

Solid 5 stars, the drive thru was quick and I got my food fresh! :) Download the Burger King app! It’s filled with awesome coupons and stuff it’ll save you a bunch of money! Can’t go wrong with this Burger King though very clean!

I’ve been to some nasty Burger Kings but this one has me coming back. The fries are always fresh (I go around lunch time) and the veggie burger I get is the freshest compared to the other BKs I’ve been to. Customer service is pretty good, always polite and give you a smile.

This place looks old, dirty and run down.
Dining room area is clearly not a priority for the store manager or team. If the dining is this disgusting I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like where YOUR food is prepared.
There are homeless folks living in the trash area, so when you’re going through the drive thru you are greeted by the local homeless with a pungent odor looking for food. I have no problem with helping the homeless but come on really.

As average as the normal drive-​thru experience can be, fair customer service and fair food. We drove up to the voice box and were immediately greeted by a lady whom without much error was able to successfully hot down and hand me my order. There was a small trivial goof during the order on their side, a small miscommunication probably through status or loud noise on her end. The worst thing of all this was that when we got our food and requested extra ranch, the employee shot us a nasty stink eye as if we asked too much of her, for our six cheeseburgers.

I am so disappointed, I haven’t had BK in awhile and the one time I do decide to get it they gave me cold burgers and stale fries !! It’s upsetting cuz if I would have gotten a warm meal I know I would have loved it but thanks to those employees I am never coming to this BK again!

I was shopping at South Coast, and was heading back to work when I spotted BK. Not sure why I stopped but I did. The drive thru too FOREVER. For fast food, it was slow.
2 stars for making me wait 15 minutes for my order… and I was 2^nd line.

I agree with Mike J. last time I went to this place my patty was very cold and pink. I shouldn’t have to tell them to cook my patty. The cashier’s are usually nice though, and fries and alright, but they never give you enough.

On vacation in the summer, tried to get a quick bite. Tokens required for restrooms – that should have been my first clue, no ice in the drink dispenser and no napkins. The manager said there are no napkins, because people take them. Pass this BK! I later found out, about half a mile away, there’s a Chik-​fil-​a (Bristol and MacArthur). Go there instead!

My one and only time visiting this Burger King… so far…
I live right next to this joint but was never a big fan of Burger King. Though I’d try it out one day with my BFF and we’ve decided three stars for the food and none for the service.
Sure, they were nice, but they forgotten about my salad. We had to make a trip back to the place, and I guess it was nice of them to give me my salad even though they closed at midnight… «nice of them.»
I had the veggie burger which was reallyyy good for fastfood… much less, I’ve never seen a fastfood joint serve veggie burger (In-N-Out’s bun and lettuce doesNOT count as a veggie burger).
My BFF had a whopper. He said he was there was fresh onions, which made it delicious (instead of those dark onions other places keep in the fridge for weeks).
Fries were good, too. Not too salty, just enough to bring out the potato taste!
