My work had chicken with rice and beans catered from this place and it was great! To begin with the delivery was fast and friendly. The chicken was really tasty and one of the best in the area. I’m usually not the biggest fan of rice and beans but they had some of the best. Keep up the good work!

Great customer service on a slower than expected Saturday evening. I wanted to split a chicken burrito with my friend. Asked the guy behind the counter to cut in half so I could share with friend. He generously cut the burrito in half and served it on two plates with chips. Also, his assistant was very pleasant, smiling the entire time, gave us water refills with a smile on his face. Nice to see the sweetness and extra effort, despite the smaller order (less money for them). Thank you EPN!

I’ve had better tasting chicken. I should have just brought my lunch to work as I usually do because I love to cook. Did not like it, but it’s edible. Customer service was great! Kudos to the nice people working there today, 2÷5÷16.
I was really looking forward to eating here, yet when I arrived, found out it’s grilled chicken and I was expecting rotisserie. So, yes, I let myself down on this lunch decision. The chicken was very dry and not too tasty. I had to add salt. Although the chicken looks yummy, it needs to be marinated longer.
The Medium-​Hot salsa was very good and SUPER HOT! This I could definitely buy on its own and eat with a large bag of chips!
Sorry Pollo, I will not return, but I will see your sign driving to work Monday — Friday.

Wasn’t expecting that much for the, at the time 3.5 star rating, but was pleasantly surprised. We had our food delivered and it was timely and decently priced. I had a carne asada burrito and it was pretty good. We also ordered the chicken nachos which were decent. All in all, we would go back… or rather have them come to us.

No. Sorry I’ve had better chicken from a Mexican grocery store. We show up its empty. Not a good start!
Chicken is ok, the sides have no taste… & for that price I expected sooo much more.
Bean need salt, rice has no flavor. And the salsas … Sucks. Ohhh and they charge for extra salsa!
I suggest you try… Nunos market on standard and mcfadden … They have a family deal for $ 12.00. Much better and ½ PRICE!!! And the food has real flavor.

Was not excited to order delivery from here with a $ 20 minimum. I’d rather order pizza with a way cheaper delivery minimum. Just wanted some tacos and rice. I’d understand if I lived like 20minutes away but 2 miles? To add on to that, the girl who answered the phone sounded like she had an attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to take my order. Ever hear of customer service?

The chicken is very flavorful and at an incredible price. This place blows el pollo loco away. The service is quick and they’re super nice. I highly recommend this place. The salsa is awesome and so is the guacamole.

Worst customer service. Bought a Groupon last year and worst offer. More expensive to use than to get their promotional offers. Finally went in to «claim/​use» the expired voucher. They wouldn’t as a courtesy split my order and wrap it separately. They would have the nerve to charge me. Not friendly at all. Only used my voucher to just get it over with. Won’t be stopping there anymore.

Incredible wood cooked chicken. It’s better to get two breast and make your own tacos rather than buy them already made. The salsa is decent. They do not give limes, cilantro or onions but they’re not needed. It’s that good. Beans and rice are good. Workers could be nicer but it’s not a big deal. For a simple good chicken taco this is the place to go. Pass on the Carne Asada, below average. They have three locations and deliver. Good for large groups.

The food is excellent. Best chicken in Santa Ana for sure. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the girl who works there has the worst attitude. She kills the whole experience there.
