One of the rudest gamestop I’ve ever been to. Had come in for a return the register wasn’t working which is understandable, but rather than being apologetic about it the person was acting stock up. Not I’m apologies for inconveniencing you but hey this your problem so deal with it. Will never come back to this location again

Good GameStop but not great. Like all GameStops, there are usually just 1 or 2 people working but that’s probably because they don’t get the hours to be well staffed. Whenever a customer is talking to an associate, the are thorough and take their time with the customer which can be good or bad. I was the 3rd person in line and the 2 associates were helping the other customers but ended up taking about 15 minutes after their whole pitch about X preorder, y subscription and z credit card I could get. Knowledgeable staff, and friendly. There were also other customers who had questions, but they were ignored until the got to the front of the register. Just wish they were more well-staffed so they could give more attention to all customers not just the 10% of the store that is in front of the register.

The customer service here has been great the manager here works with you if there is an issue to best of ability. Most of the guys working there are very knowledgable about the games and the systems and they have helped me out in a few instances highly recommended.

I visit this GameStop because its convenient n friendly staffed but I bought a used game today an it don’t even work. I’m guessing they don’t check used games. I’m conflicted oh how to rank the store this experience is going to cause me to take 2 hours out my busy schedule to walk there to return the game. but I like the store so guess that will explain my rate.

I like this game stop the team here is friendly but there is just one girl that works here that never knows what she’s doing when you ask her a question. I don’t think she’s new anymore Cus I have seen her working here for a while now, don’t want to go into to much details but just wanted to let people know that she needs to get better and this GameStop will be 5 star

The gang working here is super awesome! They really helped me out by seamlessly transferring a pre-order I placed at another location to this one. I thought I might have to drive back and forth between stores, but they did everything over the phone and saved me a lot of driving and hassle!

Went in to buy a game for my kinect and was about to take home a mediocre game when Jason not only was honest but recommended what better game to buy. He literary tossed the game I was doubting aside. He then called ans reserved the game for us at a nearby Gamestop without being asked to. He was really helpful. All this and they were closing soon.(the game? Dance Central, and it rocks!) Thanks Jason!

Brightly lite with ambiance sounds of video game happiness. Customer service is nice too with good game knowledge. When you’re into video games and you walk into a Gamestop, what do you expect? The instant feeling«ooooooh!» You know that feeling you had(or still have) when you were a kid walking into Toys R Us? Gamestop does that and this particular location is no exception. I like this location because it’s nearby where I live, great customer service/knowledge and just fun to stop by every so often. They always have great preorders options where you can just put down $ 5 and reserve a game and be guaranteed it’s availability on the day it’s released. It’s also cool because you can always preorder a title months in advance and just swing by every so often and drop a few bucks on it. By the time the game is released, you may have it paid for or very little to pay for it. It’s like a newer and cooler«layaway».

counter service lacking, games so so, not much of a price difference between the new and used games. bad experience finally decided on a game after 15 minutes took it to the counter and apparently they were out of stock for some unknown reason even though they had 2 other copies on the rack… oh well

To be honest, I really never like GameStop or EB Games, because they’re always hounding you about bringing in your used games and getting store credit for them. Then when you do, they give you $ 4 bucks for a game that you paid $ 50 bucks for. Then they turn around and sell the stupid thing for $ 45 bucks. I know, I know… we’re living in a capitalist society and that’s just smart business, but come on… that’s ridiculous. But however stupid that may sound me; I guess it must be working for them, because their profits for this quarter are in the millions.(I don’t remember the exact number.) Anyways, on to my recent experience with them. As you may or may not know, Monster Hunter Freedom 2 for the PSP was released yesterday. On the Gamestop website, it says that if you pre-order a copy of the game, you will get a free«Poogie» plushie when you pick up your copy of the game.(In the game, Poogie is a cute little pig that follows you around town and pretty much becomes your pet.) So that’s what I did. I went down to the GameStop and reserved my copy of the game. But when I went to pick it up, the kid behind the counter hands me the game and tells me to have a nice day. I’m waiting for him to hand me my Poogie, but he doesn’t. I’m looking at him, he’s looking at me… finally I asked him where’s my Poogie and he says they don’t have any.(What???) He said that they didn’t receive any and tells me that I should call back and check with them later.(What???) I thought I was the customer here. Aren’t they suppose to call me? Or are they too lazy to take a few minutes out of their busy day to call and inform me that the other half of my purchase is now available? Whatever Gamestop guy.: / So I drive to another GameStop that’s in the area to see if they had received any of the plushies and if so, I might be able to get one of their extra ones. The guy there tells me that they do have extra Poogies, but he wouldn’t give me one because I didn’t reserve a copy of the game. So I show him my receipt for the reserve at their other store, but he still said no. I tried to reason with him, but he was being a complete j@ck@$$. He tells me that I should have reserved the game at their store and not anywhere else. Hmmmmmm… I thought I did, because aren’t GameStops owned by the same company? Sheeshhh… what the hell has happened to customer service these days? This is getting sooooooooo flippin’ annoying. The customer service here sucks. I know these guys are not going to lose any sleep over one lost customer, but that’s the last $ 40 bucks these b@$t@rds are taking from me.
