Food is GREAT and SERVICE sucks !!! This is the 2nd year I called them ahead of time to make reservations for my wife’s birthday. I walk in with my party and the table is NOT ready WTF they clean a table fast in front of us and the LADY with the blond hair does not even tell us to go ahead and sit down. So I have to walk to her and tell her excuse me is that my table and all she does is nodes I was NOT happy at all THEY never sang happy birthday to my wife after I told her TWICE on the phone that it was for a birthday no BIRTHDAY cake nothing just horrible service. I will never come here again. Service is important to me and they SUCK I was so unhappy this SATURDAY.

This place reminds me of one of my favorite mariscos places in SoCal… Mariscos Chente(and Coni’s Seafood). Shrimp ceviche was super good(with raw, whole shrimp), as were the the tacos gobernador(grilled shrimp tacos filled with melted cheese). There are pricey items on the menu, but as far a seafood goes, everything is priced fairly, IMO. The place is authentic(we were the only non-hispanics in the place), micheladas were huge and fantastic, the only drawback was a Mexican quartet that was playing live music in the place(it was a Sunday afternoon). It’s a small restaurant, and you literally could not talk to each other because it was so loud. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a legit mariscos place in Orange County, this is one of the better ones I’ve tried.

DON’T COMEHERE! The food is OK and the waitress tried to rip us off by over $ 50. She wrote the prices on all of our food but not the beer. She almost charged us $ 100 for just 10 beers, then she tried to pretend that she didn’t know. Never coming back!

A hidden gem forsure, a hidden blue gem, since its a little blue restaurant in the middle of Santa Ana. My first impression was 1. its tiny, 2. I hope I dont get sick and 3. Its pretty stuffy in here. I didnt let that get to me, siince my sister has been raving about this place for a while(She goes every friday so it must be good). Started off with the michelada & some ceviche(shrimp cooked in lime) casuelita. The michelada was by far, the most yummy, well balanced, spicy, clamoto-y, & refreshing michelada ive ever had. Ceviche was pretty good! I ended up wishing I had more… They give you a green chilli sauce to sprinkle on top and I recommend you try it first, before adding it all. Its SPICY! My sis ordered the coctel de camaron and it was light, FRESH, and tasty. I would probably order this next time. And also the camarones ala diabla. That i didnt like. It was flavorless, shrimp werent deveined properly and just didnt taste good. Rice and beans that dishes like those come with are ok. Not tasty but no bland. Overall, I would come back to this place. Costumer service was great except for the end, they took forever for our bill and charged us wrong. but waitresses were indeed pretty. Not too young but pretty. Pretty Latinas forsure =] def a place to try out [=

Hands down best Mariscos spot I have ever ate at in the US! Very authentic, fresh and clean! My suggestions(although everything is good): *Tacos de Marlin *Tacos de Camaron *Osteles Mixtas *Empenadas de Camaron!!! amazing! Don’t let the lack of reviews or stars fool you.

I came here today with my parents because they said the food was awesome. So to keep it short. The food was o. k, price wise it was expensive. I believe for the 3 of us it was $ 60. The best part was meeting the waiter chick! she was suuper cute =p. P.s they do have some really cute chicks working there lol.

My son loves this place and the food is good. I have tried almost everything they have, they know what they are doing. I don’t eat at lunch trucks and it took a lot of pressure from my friend to get me to try it, their lunch truck is bomb too.

Went there for the first time. This review is based on what I ordered and the atmosphere during my visit. I ordered a burrito con camarones. I enjoyed it — the burro contained beans, rice, aguacate(avocado), and a fair amount of shrimp. It’s not your typical rice and beans that you will find at other locations. I also had oysters. Add some lime and hot sauce… heaven! Reasoning behind the 3.5 star rating: I enjoyed my food, the service was on point; however, the loud music did annoy me to a point that I got uncomfortable. My family and I got frustrated, but we were already there. We finished our food, paid, and left right away.

Had the vuelve a la Vida I think I had a bad oyster because now I’m feeling a little sick, my friend had the pasta with shrimp and he said it went right through him. The carne asda was very salty, they don’t have a/c but had fans going. The waitresses are pretty and helpful but the food was questionable it’s my first time there who knows.

If there was a ‘minus’ star, this places deserves it. This place is a total rip off. They charge $ 2 for a bottle water without even telling you that they would charge for it. It is a Kirkland bottle water which costs about 7 cents at Costco. Also, prices and tax don’t add up so be careful and double check what you are going to pay for. The food portion is getting smaller and smaller every time you go there. But for sure, this will be my last time eating at this place. No wonder it is always empty when you go there…
