This place is only getting one star because that’s the lowest rating you can give. I was in trying to return a product that I purchased and that was damaged (with the tags still attached) but unfortunately I had lost the receipt. Right away the all the employees had this attitude, basically blaming me for the damage. They went to get the store manager for me, Albert (store manager) from the start had the worst attitude from them all. He said no and basically told me it was my problem to deal with it. To makes matters worst he walked away in the middle of the conversation. As he was walking away I asked him «You’re seriously going to walk away in the middle of the conversation?», he looked back at me, made eye contact and continued to walk away. I was beyond speechless, so unprofessional! Way to set an example for all his staff. Never coming back to this store, much rather drive the extra miles to go to the in Tustin where everyone is friendly.

Great location I use to work at the McDonald’s in this same plaza and on would usually stop by on my break or before coming to work I always see very cute shoes and cute summer dresses :) and all the co workers are very friendly haven’t gone in awhile must go back soon

I give 3 stars for the great selection of MK items and brand names, I give minus 2 stars for the terrible customer service and security. If you work in customer service then you should act like it and greet every customer and help when needed. These people just stand around like they are paid to people watch and not actually help!

horrible customer service!!! Go to Ross or something. Don’t waste your time! i usually never write reviews, but i think this is worth it. The whole place is very messy.
