Phantom Halloween Store

I am writing to update my review after using some of the products I purchased for my grandson. I was getting him ready for his classmate’s party, and I was very disappointed by the quality of these items. The latex prosthetics were of very low quality, and the glue included was hardened – obviously very old and now unusable. When I opened the packaging for an eye patch, I was shocked to find the elastic band was stretched out to where it no longer served its purpose. I find this unacceptable, especially considering the unusually high prices from this store. I’m leaving my original high rating because of the exceptional service from the managers during my visit, but the owners should be ASHAMED.

The store manager LuLu refuses to do a simple exchange even after showing proof of purchase. Having to dispute charges with credit card company.

Phantom Halloween store is located at the Main Place mall adjacent to Dog Haus and Blaze Pizza on the main floor.
For Halloween costumes I have always made my purchases at Spirit Halloween or The Halloween
Club but since Phantom was already open and it only being the third week of September, I decided to take a look since I needed a costume for an upcoming party anyways.
Unlike other shops, the selection at Phantom is limited. They carry the typical Horror movie characters, animals, zombies, fairytale, law enforcement and more costumes but don’t expect a large variety. If there is a costume you want to try on, you’ll have to try on in public since there are no dressing rooms.
Asides from costumes, the store carries wigs, Halloween makeup, props and decorations.
The price for everything at Phantom was higher compared to other Halloween stores however with a current promotion of buy 1 get 2^nd item half off, it might be worth dropping by.
As for myself, even with the promotion I left empty handed. I’ll stick with Spirit Halloween or Halloween Club for all my Halloween needs.
