Pizza Hut

Never order online or come to this business unless you want to get terrible service and leave pissed off. We ordered online and came at the time it told us to, we’re still sitting here 20 minutes later and they didn’t even start our order until we got here.
Instead of being honest, they lied and told us it would be a couple of minutes. I’ve constantly used Unilocal for years and this is the first time I’ve gone through the hassle of writing a warning like this. HORRENDOUS

i love pizza hut its super close to my house and ive never had a problem here i love it

This is probably one of the worst places to order pizza!
Pick up orders are awful. It took me 5 minutes to order two large pizzas over the phone. The staffer I talked to didn’t know the menu, and I could hardly understand him — I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying multiple times.
I would not order from here again unless I absolutely had to because ordering is such a pain and pick up always seems chaotic and disorganized.
As if all that wasn’t bad enough, when you finally get your pizza it’s dry and tasteless :-(

HORRIBLE. It took me about 40 minutes on the phone to finally get to speak to someone & order my pizza. My pizza got delivered an hour later and the delivery guy said my card didn’t go through SO I HAD TO CALL AGAIN while he was standing outside my house. He waited for about 20 minutes until he finally took my number and went back because nobody picked up the phone and I got a call from a rude employer 10 minutes later demanding for my card info. She sounded mad as if it was my fault nobody picked up the phone.

Every time I try to order a stuff crust pizza they never seem to have them. Said that they ran out buts only 11am… Maybe they should make more stuff crust pizzas because that’s the only one I like… Other than that good pizza. Shout out to Cassandra for being nice after I flipped out that they had no stuff crust pizzas

This place NEEDS to have quicker staff idk what else to say others already summed it all up basically.

Ordering from here was a nightmare. The guy was very hard to understand and he could not pull my address from the other times my coworkers ordered from here which was weird. I was on the phone for what seemed like forever. He asked me to call him back with my zip code. My location is directly across the street from Pizza Hut. I told h I’d call back, but I called Domino’s instead who had better specials.

Again they forgot something. Every single time. I just don’t get it. What’s the point?

The pizza was really good.
The girl who helped my husband was really friendly and great.
They have new free sauces you can put on the cheese and also spruce up the crust for free so thats awesome.
Cons:
THEY NEVER HAVE PARM CHEESE PACKS OR RED PEPPER PACKS.
Thats on the manager though, horrible planning on their part. We dont go to mcdonalds and they dont have ketchup!
Also, we order online and it says «your order is ready for pick up» he gets there and has to wait 20 min. She says the system is different, whatever that means. Thats on marketing dept (online) but i guess we cant expect too much

I placed an order online and when I received the email confirmation it was different from the one I placed. I called and no one answered (it’s New Year’s Day… so they were actually very busy and working on a holiday some have off). I ended up driving to the location and spoke with the manager Alma. She was extremely professional and apologized for the messed up order. She took the time to take my order and double checked to make sure it was correct. Because Alma was so nice and patient to make sure I’ll have the correct order I will definitely be coming back to this Pizza Hut.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I walked in to pick up my pizzas and had to wait a long time for someone to acknowledge me. The way I got someone’s attention was by opening and closing their door that beeps. I did that over 10 times before someone came and helped me. Worst place for service.

Never got around to ordering food because I was put on hold for 8 minutes and then told they had run out of what I wanted. It wasn’t even a weekend, I called on a Wednesday night. NOT wasting my time again with this place!

I called in to order for delivery and they were super nice and accommodating! I say ‘they’ because I called about 4 times just to confirm and make more requests. :P I guess I was pretty much harassing them. =\
It was a surprise delivery for my BF for our anniversary, the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach right? Well then, heart-​shaped large pizza, it is!

worst place ever. i ordered a pizza here last night… the girl on the phone said the pizza would be at my apartment on 45mins… I called pizza hut back cause it was over the quoted time i was told and I just wanted to see how much longer. The girl on the phone had such attitude and said that it was on its way on hung up… i got the pizza 10mins later cold and tasteless… this place should be reported! don’t eat here!

Ordered with ease. The pizza was hot and fresh. The wings were hot, obviously just heated up but then again what can you expect — its just a fast food joint. The girl on the phone was fast and efficient. They beat their delivery time. Overall decent experience.

I had been coming here for 2 years ever since we moved. I never had any problems with them or with any Hut location UNTIL they got our order wrong a while back. We have had other locations get our pizza wrong, but they have let us keep the wrong order pizza… they had never asked for it back. So when we told them it was wrong, they said they will make us another but it would take 20 minutes. We were starving but said we’d wait and if we could eat some of the messed up order. They said NO but they will make our order Large to help make up for it, and of course they only offered that after we were complaining about the fact that we’re starving & now have to wait longer cuz they messed up our order.
So we wait as we are starving and smelling pizza all around us, which is torture.
Then a couple hours after we had eaten, we both start feeling sick to our stomachs. We don’t actually get sick but we felt real nauseous for a few hours. We had never ever felt sick after eating Pizza Hut so obviously they did something to it… and we didn’t have anything after and hadn’t eaten anything for 5 hours before and we drank the soda we already had drank half of from our fridge… they may have used old sauce or cheese or something. So I call the next day and spoke with one of the managers and requested my money back. She said she’ll give me the refund but I have to go when she’s there cuz another manager might not refund the money.
At least we got our money back, but we won’t ever be coming back to this one. Well go just a couple miles further to get our Pizza Hut from now on.

We have them deliver pizza here almost every month… they’ve only taken longer than 30 minutes just one time; we can order on line, and the food always tastes good. The drivers are nice, and the prices are reasonable. They never charge me for ordering extra sauce.
