Pizza Hut

Pizza is warm at best. Ordered pepperoni lovers… Doesn’t look anything like pic on order website. Will definitely order elsewhere when traveling in town.

I’ll be sending in a review over the phone… but I was annoyed because at pick up I asked for peppers and they didn’t have any so I asked for a small container to get some from the table and she said they don’t do that, and I asked if they could make an exception since they were out of the packets and she said no, but, but u don’t have the packets, she still said no. We kept going back and forth.
Ordering over the phone wasn’t the fastest either.
Pizza, was good tho.

I know this Pizza Hut has a bad rap… this is the first time I ordered from this location. I order the garlic knot pizza, online during lunch time, on a Saturday. Pizza arrived in 40 minutes, hot and fresh.

The delivery guy was nice, but it took one hour just to get a medium cheese pizza. The pizza was cold and I got a horrible stomach ache from the pizza. After reading the reviews it made me wonder if it was due to the unsanitary conditions at the location. I don’t think I’m ordering Pizza Hut again period. Every time now I order from Pizza Hut regardless of location I get a horrible stomach ache :(

Yeah, I know. It’s pizza hut. I guess I felt like expressing my opinion about something at the moment. I like the changes they have made. The new crust options and Peruvian Cherry Peppers make the pizza taste less… well, uh… pizza hut. I tend to go with the hand-​tossed hut favorite. The delivery is pretty reliable too. My issue is that they don’t carry the full menu; the sides are pretty limited.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. No customer service whatsoever. Very rude staff and dirtiest look from inside and outside. I would not be surprise if one day health department shut this place down.
On the quality of pizza, oily, burned and tasteless. Most of the time order is not correct. I gave many tries to this place before writing this review. Bottom line is don’t waste your money here.

Pretty disappointed right now. Maybe its what i should expect from a Pizza Hut? My fault for ordering here again after they messed up the last time. Pretty sure pizza is intended to have cheese, pretty sure when you call and speak with a manager to politely inform them something is wrong with your order they should correct it, pretty sure they shouldnt require you to drive the delivered pizza back if you want it fixed especially if you offered to send them images of how they probably tried to save a penny and probably treat most customers. I never go to Pizza Hut since ceasars is so fast and easy– calling Pizza Hut with a coupon was such a pain in the ass! Called one Pizza Hut and the man couldn’t even speak properly and so we called this one. The young lady had no idea what to do with our coupon when trying to order food to go. She said they do not take coupons– 1) we got it in the mail coupons 2) it said not one thing about address or location but any Pizza Hut. After calling two Pizza Hut locations and being on the phone with two people who did not speak properly or know if they take coupons AND wasting my time I dislike this company. I was trying to order 3 pizza and never had such a problem trying to get dinner!!! Pain in the asss– I’d suggest going somewhere else

This place needs some serious remodeling. The seats on the booths dont even have cushion anymore so when u sit u go down a lil on the hole that is been done lol u need to sit to know what im talking about.

I was so surprised I ordered like about 7:24 & it said my offered was going to be ready at 8:11 and I went in earliar than that like 7:51 It was ready and it tasted fresh & it was delicious & I had great customer service the Cashier was so nice and he was smiling. I usually don’t like Pizza Hut but this this time it was delicious.

Messed up two orders in a row in two weeks. This ship needs to tighten up! I’d love to order here more often but service is so inconsistent.

Had an impromptu birthday party here pizza was great especially the garlic crust pan pizza, wimgs were great and perfectly cooked. Staff was helpful and friendly. With all of the bad reviews we almost didn’t come here but My 11 yr old nephew wanted Pizza hut wings for his bday. Im glad we took a chance. Didn’t use games. Added bonus: dollar tree next door grabbed balloons n party goods quick.

Came in with my boyfriend to order some pizza to take home. We decided to get the 2 medium pizza with 2 toppings deal for $ 6.99 each. I let him order first with Ashley on his pizza, then he went to the bathroom. Then I told Ashley my order. As I was getting ready to pay, she forgot my boyfriends order, and I had to repeat it to her again. The 2 pizzas were going to take 15 minutes to cook, so we left to Target across the street to pick up ice cream. When we came back to retrieve the pizza, she messed up on my order and put regular red sauce versus the white garlic parmesan sauce. The manager was nice enough to give me the options of remaking the correct order or giving me credit for next time. I was set on my previous order, so I had to waste another 15 minutes waiting.

There we go p hut always coming in hot with that hot meat in my. mouth love it. The cheese and bacon stuffed crust is to die for I love the hot melty cheese it’s so bomb and gotta get the Wings. Keep it strong p hut

Just had pizza and cinnamon sticks delivered. We opened the cinnamon sticks box to find some burnt up sticks with a side of ranch dressing… seriously?

Horrible! Went in yesterday ordered 2 mediums I asked the lady at the front to please not put any garlic flavor or anything on my crust she said okay. I got home and it’s covered in their garlic flavor for the crust. Went today and placed my order online. I specifically clicked to now have any flavor on my crust. Husband went to pick it up and again covered in garlic! They just ignore your order and do whatever they want to it. This is the worst pizzahut location.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could give them no stars! They screwed up my order, spoke to an associate, Jennifer, who told me I was a liar and needed to not complain over the phone. On top of that, she told me I was an idiot for calling back and complaining and refused to give my money back or to even fix my order and that I had to come in in person to «prove they screwed up my order.“I went in person to bring back the pizzas and she stayed in the backroom and had another associate apologize for the mistake without confronting me about her horrible customer service. Dont bother ordering from here. Theyll just screw your order and not own to their mistake!

Took for ever for my order. Called in my order at 530 they said it would be ready in 30 for pick up. Got there at 615, I waited there for 1 hour and then it was ready. I was also there inline and 3 other people that showed up after me got served before I did.
To sum up my review, go to a different location.

Always a fave on those nights when you’re too lazy to cook or you have a game to watch. Always a consistent product so you know just what you’re going to get.

Too bad, back in da day this place was hoppin. Life has moved on. Went for a quick beer and food! But they no longer serve beer or wine. Ordered the big box but the pizza wasn’t even sauced and filled to the edges, what a rip! Got the Chicken Pasta and I could count the chicken pieces, no weno. So no beer to ease the pain, no stylin pizza like before! (Do they even have pan pizzas anymore?) And all 4 TV’s had Univision dramas on! Excuse me? Can we have some variety? Play replays of «Primer Impacto» or something!
They still have a large kids game area in the back that I didnt walk into. Also a coin changer. Restrooms were average.
Read that the lunch Buffet was a deal so I’ll return for a Daytime opinion.
