Repose Salon & Spa

This review is long overdue. I went to Repose with a Groupon and got my hair done by Erik with the input of Sarah. Erik is wonderful. He was easy going and friendly, took his time, and I loved the over all result. My hair was badly damaged and by the end it looked and felt wonderful. I plan on going back to Erik again. The only negative I would say was not about Erik, but more so about the atmosphere of the salon. It has a laid back feeling (which is nice) but there was foul language being used (again, not by Erik) which was uncomfortable for me and made it seem less professional. But that was really the only negative.

I LOVE SARAH! She’s been my regular stylist for about 2 – 3 years now. I’m a blonde, or atleast I am thanks to Sarah, so I have to see here every 5 – 8 weeks. Shes super nice and friendly, as well as she does some amazing hair! I wont go to any stylist unless I get compliments on my hair and I get them pretty often on my color.
She will never let you leave unless you’re happy and shes always educating herself and staying on top of whats «in». She stays up to date on trends and offers any kind of service you could want.

I went her on a friend’s suggestion and am very pleased I did. The place is cozy and Sarah, my stylist, is so bubbly and charming. You can tell that she absolutely loves what she does as it shows in her spirit and her work. After she greets you she offers you a glass of wine and asks you what style you’d like. I kind of gave her a loose idea of what I wanted, and It was honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had. People at work the next day noticed and told me how great I looked (and that’s the next day when it wasn’t styled as much). I highly recommend this salon since the work is great, the staff is friendly, and it is reasonably priced.

Like the review before me I came here because of the daily deals email. I had been thinking of getting a short cut forever but never had the guts to since i have very curly hair. The deal was great so i decided to go for it after reading the reviews for Sarah. I am so glad I did. I love my new hair. Sarah is very professional and really listens to what you want and takes your concerns seriously. The salon is very cute and a welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend it to anyone.

Went here for the first time and needed a new cut. Sarah was my stylist and she did amazingg job on my hair. She really knew what she was doing! highly recommend this place !!!

I have to be honest… I only tried Sarah because I found a coupon through one of the daily email deals. I went because i really needed a cut and my regular stylist is hard to fit into my schedule. So, I was a little worried.
I adore the cut Sarah did. I kind of let her do what she wanted with my long hair which had not seen scissors in over a year. The cut made a dramatic difference and is still versatile to style.
It took about an hour to get in and out which is longer than I am used to, but she sent me home with some great styling product that was reasonably priced and some samples to boot.
Will definitely be going back — and probably in less than a year…

This salon is so unique! I’ve never seen a salon with such personal attention. There are multiple rooms with only 2 seats in each and a relaxing outdoor patio area upstairs to relax in while you’re waiting for your color to set. The chandeliers are gorgeous and the ambiance is so relaxing. And of course Sarah is great! I highly recommend her.
Why haven’t more salons done this???

WOW_​i stumbled on Repose and Sarah almost by accident in one of my networking groups and while I now live in South county, it was well worth the drive to go see her in Tustin. Her boutique salon is chic-​adorable and she is a neat gal as well as a very experienced stylist, cut and colorist! I got lucky!
I can usually get a good cut .or a good color. but more often than not cant get both .I m so pleased with my rrsults and would highly recommend going to her salon and seeing either Sarah or Chloe!

BTW — They have openings for stylists and educators in their new section of the salon and anyone would be privileged to work there, with her.
POST REVIEW: Ive now sent a few friends based on my cut color alone… shes done a great job!
She also now has fun boutique gifts and high end skincare/​lotions/​scrubs etc for waaay below dept store costs!
My only issue is the time management especially since I drive so far to see her, and Ive let her know.

Repose Salon and Spa is not your typical salon. The personal attention you receive from Sarah is very unique. Sarah is very knowledgeable in her field; she’s an expert and you’ll know it as soon as you begin to talk hair with her. You will definitely love the finished product. No matter how long it takes you to go back to her salon, she remembers you not just as a client but personally. It really does make a difference when you have this type of relationship with your stylist. You will definitely want to go back again and again.

I have been going to Repose Salon and Spa for two years now and I love it!!! I’ve been to other salons where it’s kind of impersonal, Sara is totally focused and makes you feel comfortable at her salon. I appreciate going to a Stylist who’s honest with you, makes you look and feel good when you leave her salon.

Sarah has been doing my hair for over 6 years now and she is simply the best. I’ve never left feeling less than my best! =)
