Real cozy place, great customer service, staff is super friendly, and the food was great. Definitely going back.

5 stars for Great food, affordable, and very courteous staff. It’s always a pleasure to return here for breakfast on a Saturday morning, lunch time during the week, or dinner date with the wife. They are my best burger spot!

The only burger place in SoCal that comes close to competing with In N Out! I frequent this burger place once a week and have had an exceptionally good meal every time. Although small, the variety and quality of their dishes makes up for the lack of décor. Their menu is standard, but will make your special burger/​dish upon request!

Looking for a quick bite this place caught my eye. My burger was delicious, awesome prices, and the nicest staff I have yet encountered. Gonna come back for breakfast soon! Another gem in Santa Ana, CA!

Qualifier: 5 stars «As good as it gets!» for its price. Don’t be expecting $ 15 type of burger. That’s rated on a different scale. Similar places are Dukes, Yellowbasket, Carl’s, Burger King, Burger Stop.

Double cheese w/​bacon twice, once before and after the experiment: Bacon is crispy and perfect. Buns are toasted on the grill. Overall amounts of veggies, sauce with the burger works. Most importantly to me, the patty tastes like a patty cooked on a charcoal grill. It has that extra good carbon flavor. Not burned. Consistent all three times. This ain’t no Hank Hill clean propane burger. Did not need ketchup. I think I will ask for extra onions next time to add that extra bite.
Burger with no veggies: Experiment failed. Going to stick with everything from now on. Was overpowered by the sauce. Definitely needs the other items for balance.
Fries: Three times. All good. No seasoning. Crispy and hot. If you want seasoning, salt, pepper, ketchup and Tapitio is right there for you.
Tried three times to get zucchini and they were out. I’m now on a mission to make this happen. Really want to try the fried burrito and breakfast, but not tired of the burger yet.
Service: Came twice for lunch around 1pm and once for dinner around 7pm. Was not busy. Girls that helped were very nice. Food takes some time, but was expected since meat takes time to cook (some people don’t understand this). About 5 – 10 minute wait? Came by asked if we wanted refills when our drinks were low and was quick returning our refreshments.
Extra 50 cent charge for credit card. Deal with it or bring cash.
Parking is always tight. You’re going to walk around the block if you can’t find parking in front or in the two stalls up the driveway.
Overall place is clean and so are the restrooms.
Very surprised this place isn’t packed around lunch time on a weekend. I’d like it if this place got more business so that it stays open, but I’ll hate you all if it gets too busy and the prices rise. ^_^.

I have had shorter waits at the DMV. Also why are your kids coming to your place of work and going into the kitchen? Sorry Didnt know it was such a challenge to make 2 burgers and fries. Did not know I would be there for 20mins. Well I should have paid attention to the 12 other pepole sitting there with no food.

Great breakfast and burgers and friendly service and great menudo convenient neighborhood spot would recommend this place the young girl thst helped me was very helpful n knowledgeable about there food and spoke perfect english

Love their food and prices. Have been here and done take out for dinner and breakfast. However unless you speak Spanish don’t bother calling ahead to order as no one speaks English to handle the order, too bad.

A great little spot in a corner of a busy street I’ve come here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place has a friendly staff that are a delight to deal with. The food is great and have an array of food choices. The place also has free Wi-​Fi and TV’s so it feels like a mini sports place. I like this place because you could order breakfast and lunch at anytime which makes it convenient. My only gripe about this place is the parking my reason why I gave 4 star

The fries were sooooooo good! The lady who attended me and my boyfriend was SUPER kind and heart warming. I will be coming back and recommending this place to my friends!

My husband (Jon) and I decided to check this place out based on two things, the 2 Unilocal reviews and it’s in walking distance. The service was worse than poor, my bacon avocado burger was below average, too top it off after bringing my food and saying that my hubby’s food was coming, about 10 minutes I got up and asked about my husband’s burger they had forgotten to cook it !
There are many other places near by to eat that are way better.

It is definitely the house of burger. I have had the regular cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger which are all good. The fries are nicely seasoned and crunchy. I have come back three times already. Parking is an issue but it’s worth it for a good meal with friends

First time coming here. Not bad! Good tasty Burgers and reasonable prices. Parking kinda sucks here… I suggest to park across the street at Northgate supermarket or along Cubbon Street.
Plenty of seating! service was good !
I shall return again and try out a different Burger! today I had their Mushroomswiss Burger and my friend had their Bacon Avocado cheese burger… he enjoyed it too.
