My favorite Wendys Fast and excellent I go there all the time I love the Jr Cheese deluxe It has cold lettuce and Tomato neatly stacked. And captures the perfect hamburger taste with the perfect ratio of condiments.

I’ve eaten here since I was very young and until recently, the service has been great. However, today when we went, they got three orders in a row wrong in the drivethru. I went in and talked to the manager Mary and she didn’t seem to mind that they messed up three in a row and didn’t even do anything about it.

So this was my first time in here since the remodel done in 2015. The remodel is very nicely done! I was very taken back to see the electric fireplace in the lobby with lounge chairs. The flooring was really nice and it was a great use of open space. The ambiance is very inviting. Now I can’t wait to taste the quality of the product. I got a chocolate frosty. Classic. The ventilation is nice as well in here. Yum they passed!!!

I was about 5 minutes away from giving this Wendy’s 5 stars.
I went to use the restroom, and after about 2 minutes doing my business an employee (an employee old guy with missing teeth… EXTREMELY RUDE) comes up and starts slamming in the door as if he is the police. Yelling «I need to use the bathroom».
I responded I obviously do to that’s why I’m in here. HIGLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

*open during construction* TILL 1am everyday. Nope. Went at 11:50 and they were closed. And on top of it they tried to ignore us when we drove up to the window.

This is probably only the 2nd time I’ve ever eaten here but today’s visit was a pleasant one for it being a fast food place. It’s nice and clean and each employee I came into contact with was very nice. I observed another employee actually bring the food out to a mom who had two kids with her, one of which was an infant. Thought that was nice since they usually have you walk up to pick up your food. Nice that she recognized that the mom was trying to get her kids situated and brought the food to her. Then stopped to make conversation with the mom talking about how cute her kids are and stuff. It’s the little things.
That Strawberry Fields Salad is pretty dang good by the way. Good stuff.

Service here is great. The manager who took my order is so friendly and suggested I try the jalapeño ghost pepper fries and boy are they yummy. I have to say I’m so impressed on the cleanliness of the restaurant. So so clean from the dining area to the restroom !! Awesome Wendy’s !!

I come here frequently but after today I may stop. I went through the drive thru and ‘Kim’ took my order. You should probably re evaluate her employment with the company because she was very unpleasant and rude, despite me being very kind to her. I felt like I was a burden to her for ordering food and she looked very unhappy.

Finally!!! This Wendy’s is under new management! New air conditioning, new furniture, friendly cashiers. What a change! Very impressed and food was tasty!

This Wendy’s is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to. The girl at the cashier was amazing. It seems like they have been doing a lot of necessary repairs. They have new furniture inside the restaurant. The store looks great, it makes me feel good to eat there ! I will definitely come back !

If you must go to Wendy’s do NOT go to this one. The people working here are so rude, they made me walk away. I merely asked the guy (mexican dude with a hat, glasses and side burns) at the drive through whether the chili salad had meat (and whether it could be left out) but before I could finish he answered «what does chili mean?»
For real? It’s not my fault you’re miserable man. I always thought the client should come first… especially when all I did was ask a question.
Rude, rude, rude… don’t go here eveeeeeerrr!

This Wendy’s is so dirty. I was in shocked when I walked in. Where was the red carpet, where was the fancy food. Sike, I didn’t expect no damn lobsters but holy fuh at least make sure your walls ain’t peeling off looking like teenage skin acne and junk. This place is in total need of a renovation. Customer service is prolly the only good thing about this place. Not even a single hot chick. C’mon y’all step up your game.

I like Wendy’s more than most of the ‘larger fast-​food chains.’ I’ve been here several times, and they’re pretty consistent in quality and speed. On this particular occasion my order managed to get lost when they were preparing the orders. After a little while of waiting the guy at the register noticed that I was still waiting (my order was ‘to-​go’) and asked if i was still waiting.
He apologized for the mix up, and ensured me they were working on my order. I didn’t even think it was that long of a wait, but the guy was pretty attentive to me as a customer. I thought that was pretty cool, and more than what most people would do.
