they apparently don’t accept card after a certain time so if you are looking for a late night meal go elsewhere unless you carry cash.

Was super hungry at 3am and the other one close to this one only served breakfast but this one served both

Ordered 6pc nuggets and received 3 squared cheese in the box. Drove back to this place and noticed the cook behind the counter laugh but was given 2 nugget boxes free. Still, they need to pay more attention

This McDonald’s pleasantly surprised me with their service. I came in for breakfast because I was jonesing for a Bacon McGriddle and a hash brown. The line moved quickly and the server was super friendly. After ordering they gave me my receipt and told me that they would deliver my food to our table. When did McDonalds start doing this? They certainly don’t do this at all McDonalds. At the end of my meal they even offered to take my tray to the trash. Awesome service. All other fast food joints should take note.

Their vanilla ice cream is legit! Super creamy!

All of the workers are nice except this very rude lady by the name of Maritza super rude. Makes me not ever go there

Its 2 am and the clubs just got out… But THEY WONT TAKE CREDIT CARDS! So dumb! This location only takes cast from 1am to 4 am. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else.

6÷21÷15 night time drive thru customer service horrible. Waited at the drive thru intercom for 5 min with a line of cars to the street and never got helped I had to drive to the window. Plus its not very professional when the manager is wearing baggie uniform.

The women’s bathroom were not very clean and did not have any paper goods to dry your hands. The hands free dryer offered in the ladies room did not work. So you may be left with having to ask for napkins (which are kept behind the counter) to dry your hands.
The dining room was not very clean. It appeared as if the staff had wiped down or swept the floor (and my visit was at 9 am).
All condiments (ketchup, jelly, coffee creamer, salt, sweetner etc) is kept behind the counter. You have to wait in line to ask for items to complete your meal.
Probably best to use the drive thru as the food tasted like regular mc Donald’s food.

Very poor experience the management does nothing while unaccompanied children sit in the dinning room and yell and make noise while throwing things. Not a pleasant dinning experience. Management needs to learn to control their store and learn that a small group of children will not keep the store in business while they just use the all you can drink soda fountain.

This is a horrible McDonald’s…Don’t go to this location, they will always get your order wrong!

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE… the girls working the drive through windows (mainly in the second window) are RUDE, lack customer service skills, and look plain miserable!
You might get a hello from them if you’re lucky, and sometimes even an attitude for making a minor request… such as a straw!

Awe! I love going to this McDonald because they go up & beyond! Their drive thru is fast! They have 2 lanes. I ordered 20 pieces Mcnuggets, large fresh French fries & large lemonade & she suggested for me to get the combo since it’s cheaper. Now, that’s looking out for customers. Thank you for all your hard work. May God bless you abundantly financially.
Now off to my sons baseball game.

It’s decent enough, but there tends to be homeless people rolling thru. Not sure why. It gets the job done.
Wish they had a playground for kids.
It’s be remodeled so it’s nicer than most.

bacon mcdouble!

I ordered a combo by the number. Two out if the three parts of the combo were wrong. The receipt correctly listed the items. Fail.

There is a McD’s that’s closer to my work in DTSA, yet I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to this one because this location has HOT fries, never messed up on my order, and has a fairly quick drive thru. The staff has always been courteous, and, did I mention the fries are HOT?
There’s other McD’s that could learn from this one.

Much better than the other McDonald’s in the area. Clean remodeled interior, so so bathrooms, and staff that seem to not mess up things 100% as the one on first street does. Difficult to get to if a train is running nearby sometimes.

This particular McDonalds just got a remodel. They now have two lines for drive through orders. I think they had to do this because sometimes the line would reach all the way to the street and block traffic on a very busy street.
Well, unfortunately, the face-​life did not improve the service. This place makes mistakes often. I do not recommend trying to get anything special at this store because there is about a 50 — 50 chance they will screw it up.
For example, we went through the drive-​thru on Suday morning as we were heading to Seal Beach for the morning. I ordered two sausage egg mcmuffins with no cheese. My intent was to eat the sausage and egg and not the muffin because I am on a low-​carb diet.
Well, there was quite a wait and the server said there was some issue with her manager and my order. I should have checked it, but we drove off because we needed to get moving. When I opened the first sandwich, I learned that no cheese evidently means no egg as well.
I checked the receipt. It was accurate. So, where is my egg? What can I do? I ate the sausage and ended up going to a McDonalds in Seal Beach to get two more sandwiches so I would not be hungry all morning.
So, I am disappointed with this McDonalds. The problem is that this is the closest one to my house and I like their breakfasts every once in a while. Also, my kids like happy meals. So, I guess I will have to keep coming here and putting up with the abuse.
