I dunno about you guys, but I sure do love the $ 5 meals!
One side, biscuit and 2 chicken pieces plus a drink for $ 5! Unbeatable! Woot woot!
I’ll be back! Chicken was delicious. This place is a long john silvers which I’ve never had before so I’m just going to stick with the KFC.
Try this place out. It’s really not bad at all, even though the reviews say otherwise. Can’t beat the $ 5 deal!

This location is cool because it is also a long john silvers as well. The inside of this store is really clean and has a good amount of seating .
The staff is always great here always very friendly and helpful they provide great customer service every time I come here. I have been going to this location for years .
The food is really good here I have had both there chicken and fish witch are both very good. I recommend there grilled chicken it has a lot of flavor the original is really good too. The fish here also has a great taste to it very fresh and great flavors !! I recommend there mashed potatoes and gravy and the potato wedges as sides there coleslaw and green beans are good as well. The chocolate chip cookies are really good for desert as well as there chocolate or lemon cakes.

I just came to do this review because on sat afternoon they have the fresh food I have come every other day and the food is not fresh only on sat afternoon they have freash stuff I want to take the cook that cooks the food sat afternoon I think he deserves to get paid 15 an hour

1 star for drive thru service… How do you confuse chicken strips with 3 fish and chip meals that I didn’t order? I ordered two chicken meals and 1 fish and shrimp bowl… when I got home my little boy went to open the bag and it was full of fish and chips. Gross!!! Also had requested some sobe life water and she said they were out BUT my little boy went in and low and behold there was sobe life water. I went through the drive thru because I’m injured to have to come home to have to go right back. Tell me again why fast food joints think they deserve $ 15 an hour? Just sayin’…Although Guillermo deserves $ 15 for great customer service and being professional.
Thank you Guillermo for helping us out and fixing the mess. You’re a great team player and employee!!!

I don’t know how people can eat there first thing I know it is drive area very dirty with pieces of trash around of the parking lot look like same homeless live around there second the prices too hight for 2 pieces of chicken an sides orders 3rd employees there faces look mad never smelling look like they have lot of problem poor management the manager wear as unprofessional their employees never wash their hand unhealthy if you guy doesn’t believe just keep eyes open even the owner never wash their hand and wear appropriate as owner have to be the example her face like she mad all time I been working for one day place and what I see believe their chicken fryer don’t work if you tasted the original chicken tasted like crispy their fryer don’t working right and costumer still gone eat this restaurant is nasty.

Horrible, asked for a ciabatta fish sandwich. I’m received two pieces of bread with lettuce and mayo smothered in disgusting portions and THAT’S IT. Excuse me your MAIN ingredient is missing. All this piled on top of the 15 min wait with no car in front of me and a lady parked on the side waiting for a bucket of chicken.

Idk what it is about places in santa Ana that aren’t Mexican food places, but they suck. I’m at kfc and got the famous bowl. They barely filed the bowl, maybe two shreds of cheese and a drop of gravy. I asked for more and she tried to charge me a dollar for cheese and seventy nine cents for gravy. Completely annoyed. These so called American fat food places need to implement the service that the local Mexican places do, quality and quantity!

Not a Long John Silvers!
The fish is nowhere near as tasty and crisp as what one would get at the former Harbor Boulevard LJS. The french fries are best described as limp and tasteless, and for each of my past two visits through the drive-​through I have been asked to pull around, even though no one was in line behind me!
I will drive across the street to Popeye’s, thank you very much!

Long John Silver’s menu and order:
Salt, salt, salt. Fried salt and chips, salt tenders, grilled salt, salt medley, salt slaw, creamy salty pie, ciabatta salt sandwich, Silver’s salt tea…
Oh, they also have a KFC built in! Let us have chicken then!
KFC Hot Wings and Corn on the Cob,… fish flavored (…). Buy large Mist Sierra with lite ice to wash down the SaltyFishChicken lingering taste.
Soda is all ice,… and flat (cry)

I went through the drive-​thru and got a famous bowl. When I got home and opened the lid, I discovered a half-​filled bowl. It was a pretty measly famous bowl. All the other KFCs I’ve been to for a famous bowl was filled all the way to the top… I don’t know what’s wrong with this location.
I’d rather drive a little out of my way to a better KFC location… as should you.

I’ve had a couple issues with this place not accepting coupons. First coupon was printed from a KFC email. Second coupon was from the KFC website. Both times I was not given a reason or explanation why they couldn’t take them, they just said they didn’t.

Irvine, CA
Since the Tustin branch KFC has been closed, this is the closest KFC between my work and home. Located directly opposite side of Popeyes. I wanted something healthier than fried chicken so I picked up some grilled chickens and cole slaw.
Their grilled chickens taste different from the one from Tustin. It has a stronger garlic taste which isn’t bad at all. I kinda like it and will definitely try it again. Service is pretty fast!
My only complaint is the location. It’s located at a very busy 17th Street/​Grand intersection. If you come at peak hours, you might have to wait a little longer to get on 17th Street so you can make a left on Grand to go to I-​5 south.
Looks like I have to avoid peak hours if I ever want to pick up some KFC again from here again!
