Eos Lounge

I’ve been fortunate enough to frequent Eos as a patron and as a VIP guest in one of their amazing bottle service tables. This is by far one of Santa Barbara’s premier nightclubs, friendly staff, amazing cocktail menu, the best local and premier DJ’s, and a great outdoor/​indoor space. If you are in the area I highly recommend giving Eos a try for a quick drink, or your next special event!

Let me tell you about one of the very best places to go in Santa Barbara. It is called EOS, and it keeps things simple and fresh. They have a cheap door price, great drinks (their mojitos are up there with those in Miami), a loud system, and 2 dance floors that are far apart from each other allowing you to enjoy 2 great and different experiences. Both are dark, loud, and built for dancing.
They also have a large and comfortable patio that has a laid-​back atmosphere and great cocktail creations by one of Santa Barbara’s best bartenders, Nelson. The bartenders know everybody, and it’s just a great service-​industry bar and neighborhood spot where you can meet and greet friends and mingle.
Don’t miss out on this great spot if you are a local or just stopping for the weekend.

This is my first time writing a review but this place is awesome. They have a great atmosphere and everyone working is always friendly and helpful.

Good experience, very clean, great bartenders. Modern vibe. The outside is deceiving. From the street it’s not very inviting but once you’re inside it changes the vibe.

Bottle service for my sisters bachlorette party. Amazing venue but the service fort the venue wasn’t up to par, no one checked on us or gave us mixer refills unless we tracked our waitress down. Overall m cool and beautiful place especially with 3 dance floors but service needs improvement.

EOS has to be the sickest set up in town. From the main stage, to the side dj booth, and let’s not forget the chill back area. After a night of pregaming EOS is the spot to rage until the night is over. Recently they’ve hit gold with some big names coming into town.

I’ve been here several times and it just gets better and better. Salsa night Wednesday brings a talented crowd and I love saving $$ at Friday Happy Hour. Not to mention the all around greatness of Sat! The drinks here are great, definitely try the signature libations menu. The back bar point person is an epic show to watch. He makes life worth living and affirms that there is goodness in the world. Although, the bar manager at the main may look like a character out of the Simpsons, he isn’t half bad at endearing you to this venue.
I’m excited that Santa Barbara has a spot that’s expanding its horizons and bringing in great music.

Came for Shaun Frank’s set, left with good vibes, a phone full of new friends, a perfect buzz, and pure adoration for the back bar guy. Bartenders here are gentlemen, but he is the cherry on top.
So grateful for the multiple bathrooms!

I’m actually in da club having a ball. Love the back bar Asian guy. Wish they see open every night. The gm guy Whit is legit. Could ask for a better in Santa Barbara!

I love this place, I come here all the time and what keeps me coming back is the atmosphere and the people. One guy in particular always remembers and is a blast to hang out with he is Nelson the back bartender. Best night for me is usually Thursday, college night.

I am very new to writing reviews but I had to take the time to write a review about Eos Lounge.
I was there last weekend and I have never been greeted and taken care of by such a great bartender. I will always look for him going to eos.

I love EOS Lounge.
They have a great atmosphere, awesome/​clean patio, world-​class DJ’s, and the staff is amazing.
The bouncers are helpful, nice, and efficient.
The DJ’s know how to play to the crowd, ensuring that everyone has a good time.
The bartenders are knowledgable, fast, innovative and fun… especially Nelson Tran.
Nelson always slings those drinks with a smile and always remembers my favorite cocktails. I always seek him out as soon as I enter the door.
So if you’re in Santa Barbara and are looking to kickstart your weekend fun, you NEED to visit EOS Lounge.

Eos is a great place to loosen up and dance or get wasted or just get a nice buzz going. If you don’t like that EDM music, they have a separate section for hip hop. The décor is really nice both inside and outside, which is awesome because a lot of the times, I don’t feel like dancing and having a stranger come up right behind me.
My coworkers go to eos whenever there’s a special event to be celebrated like someone’s birthday or the annual Spanish days of fiesta. We’re always remembered and treated very well and Nelson always manages to get everyone to their desired level of intoxication whether it be blacked out, or just sipping on one drink the entire night.

I Reserved bottle service for a friend’s bachelorette on a Saturday night. Showed up around 1030 and there was a good amount of people waiting outside. They have two separate entrances for general admission and guest list so we were escorted inside right away. The inside is beautiful, not at all what it seems to be Like from the outside. We were seated right next to one of the djs. It wasn’t the main dj of the night but he seemed to be playing better music than the other, mostly hip hop. As the rest of our party arrived through out the night all they had to do is drop my name in the entrance and were let right in, avoiding the 35 $ cover fee. All in all we had a great night. Service was great, dj was awesome, and bar tenders were speedy and attentive. Would definitely come back again and recommend for a fun night out in SB.

If you can make it past the long line of people waiting in line this is arguably the best nightclub/​lounge in Santa Barbara.
The dance floors are spacious with separate areas for dance, trance and/​or hip hop fans. I tend to stay near the outdoor patio since the fireplace area isn’t typically as crowded and I can get my drink faster with the outdoor bartender or as he called it «patio specialist» who seemed to always acknowledge my nod no matter how busy it was and had my drink whipped up before I could pull my money out of my wallet. It’s difficult to find a bartender in SB that can make a great cocktail that doesn’t taste like all liquid sugar so I’m glad to have found a good one here.
Love the ambiance they built here. It feels more classy than the other bars/​clubs in SB because while there are spaces inside for the hardcore club people there are also plenty of tables and spaces to just lounge and have a drink with good friends.
Will definitely be coming back here my next trip back. If you want to get a good drink look for the tall asian guy behind the bar in the outside patio. *I invoke my rights as an asian guy to say that last statement.

Back to old stomping grounds and what better way to celebrate than to relive a night of those young ratchet endless nights staying up, drinking until the break of dawn at downtown’s newest and most popping night club.
Aside from the spacious dance floor & upbeat dancing music, I especially loved the outdoor patio and easygoing (hilarious) bartender by the name of Nel Nel (Nelson).
Kudos to EOS for bringing back a glimpse of the past.

As an asian tourist in Santa Barbara, it sure is hard to find a place to fit in. A couple friends from UCSB brought me to this lounge. At first glance, the place looks crowded with young, sweaty people. Now I know why. I met a man named Nelson at the outdoor patio and he was the most majestic creature to walk this fine earth. Although it was INSANELY busy, he took the time to make sure I felt welcomed and I was tended to. Might I add he does a mighty fine job at bartending. He whipped up quality drinks for a room full of guests in what seemed like a minute.
If you’ve taken the time to read this review, go find Nelson.

It’s my first time going to a lounge in SB and my experience was way better than in SF. Why?! Great Dj, music is on point, great atmosphere plus Nelson, in the outdoor patio, always attentive and suggestive.
EOS is definitely the place to be when you’re in Santa Barbara.

Horribly rude bouncer at the door, $ 20 cover and there was nothing going on inside.
I asked him if I could take a peek inside to see if we would like to stay, he was rude and told me no, when the door opened I saw not one person inside and it looked dead, also not a fan of the music.
His attitude was a total turn off and my husband and I went to State St to enjoy our night out. Not worth returning!
