Bill has inspected the pool/​spa installations at two houses that we had considered purchasing in the Santa Barbara area. He did a great job in explaning the condition of the equipment and cost of possible repairs he identified. Bill’s evaluation was an extremely valuable part of our considerations to buy. We found him to be very honest and capable and would highly recommend him.

Buyer beware–
Tedious billing system.
Pool was locked out and yet they claimed they were servicing the pool.
Impersonal service attitude.
Very unhappy customer.
