Based on prior reviews I called Ryan to service our pool heater. He answered the phone quickly but asked me to text him details. I did and it took him 5 hours to call me back, but he started with an apology for the delay so he had redeemed himself. We made an appt. for Sat. morning, he said he’d text when he was on the way, and then nothing. He never showed, never called, never texted. I was so disappointed and would not recommend wasting your time.

It’s always a bit nerve racking when trying to find a new pool cleaning service, Custom Pool Pros alleviated all of my fears and they did a fantastic job. The service rep that came out to our home was extremely honest and thorough, exactly what you want when you are welcoming someone into your home. My husband and I appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude and to top it all off he was friendly to our dogs… (always a plus in my book)
We will be using Custom Pool Pros as our pool cleaning service from now on!
