We found this gem in the middle of Santa Barbara! We were passing through town headed up north. We stopped to get ice but we found this bakery. This bakery served authentic pan dulce. The bread was so sweet and soft and delicious! I highly recommend any one who lives here or anyone passing through to stop by. The lady at the register was very nice and even sold me a piece of abuelita chocolate after I told her I was looking for a store near by that sold it. She went to the back and sold me some of their own. The bakery itself had a lot of clientele when we came in, so it looked to me as if we found a the spot in town for bread!

This location has the best tres leches cake in town ! The consistancy is that of pure moisture awesomeness, they sell by the slice and is always in stock. If you’re a fan of the cake. This is the real deal.

Odd 5 ratings around here. Worthy of filtering imo. Anyways.this bakery is nothing special. I have sporadically come here throughout my lifetime and visited it again yesterday and again, nothing special. Don’t get me wrong it’s not bad but there is nothing that stands out about it aside from the cheap prices. The bread itself is very bulky. It’s not finely made as bread from other bakery’s can be. Because of the cheap pricing I am guessing they don’t use quality ingredients, and you can taste that. If you come here I would recommend going for the bread that doesn’t look as fluffy because there is more taste to those. The elote bread in my picture is recommended if you come here, it was a bit better than just okay. Be aware that it’s CASHONLY. Overall it’s just okay. I’m sure there are other bakeries in Santa Barbara that supply better pan dulce, It’s not terrible so I wouldn’t say don’t come here, but just don’t expect to take a bite with your eyes closed and feel like you’re in Mexico because you won’t.

This panaderia has so many great breads to choose from. I love the cheesecake and their tres leches cake. I always come home with more bread than I plan on. Everything is tastes fresh and is clean.

Awesome little gem! This bakery has the freshest, most delicious bread. No joke, I took bread to my work in Camarillo one morning and a coworker said«wow! This bread tastes like the bread from a bakery on Milpas I used to go to!» It’s that good! The tamales and tortas are to die for!

I love this bakery!!! Their conchas are so soft fit for a king!!! By far the best panaderia that I have ever been to!!! Their closing time is funny: it is when they run out of bread!!! Yeah they are that awesome!!! Only thing is cash only. You will have to go to the gas station accross the street for atm services. However the bread is totally worth it!!!
