Ok… To be upfront & honest… The wait is long! So. bring something to do! An iPad game, book, just anything! Sometimes it can be upwards of 2 to 3 hours.
You’ll also want some sanitizer for your hands… LOTS of sick people waiting. It is a free clinic after all.
If you are friendly and patient, then they are the same. The earlier in the day you see them the happier they appear. The clue is patient you, patient them.
Have what you are there for written down… They see so very many people who come in with so many of them not knowing how to express it, that they hear you better. Talk slow. And take your time. You have waited for it.
If the doctor forgets something, stay with the nurse till you get an answer. DO NOT GO BACK INTO THE WAITING ROOM until they answer. You will get lost in the masses.
Lynn Soemaker is great nurse practicer. She will listen and help all she can. She has been MINE for 5 years now and I love her.
It is a wait so call early!
Have patience. Have faith. Play the game and say THANK YOU!!!

Wonderful office staff, nurses, and doctors. I have been there for general yearly physical, full female physical, and emergency visits. Always they have been very nice, helpful, wonderful bedside manner and affordable.
In particular Dr. Frisk is great.
Thanks for being such a good clinic for those in need of lower cost health services.
