Vita Travel Store

I came to Vita Travel Store looking to buy new luggage. The staff was very knowledgeable about the luggage they carry and informed me of the pros and cons of different luggage. They were very helpful and made my purchase decision easy and stress free. I decided on a Delsey carry-​on trolley case, which was not only high quality, but also cute and affordable! I was informed of the many great features such as the built in TSA locks and expansion system built into every piece. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted and with the help of the friendly Vita Travel staff I left with luggage fit for me. I highly recommend coming to Vita Travel Store for any travel needs!

I came into the Vita Travel store hoping to find durable compression sacs and with the help of the friendly staff, I purchased the Eagle Creek compression sacs, which helped me save a lot of room in my luggage! I was able to pack a lot of clothes into one suitcase by compressing large bulky items into a smaller compressed space. The compression sacs were very durable and protected my clothes and were also really easy to use. All you have to do is seal them and roll out the air and it is good to go! The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about this product and I will definitely be coming back to this store to get all my traveling necessities!

When I came into the store I had no idea what I was looking for, but what originally caught my eye was the cool grey backpack on display in the window. They had a great assortment of travel gear and the men’s clothing section was really cool. I wanted to try on everything and that’s saying something because I don’t even like clothes shopping. I ended up purchasing a Burton waterproof jacket made almost entirely of recycled mountain dew cans! It looked awesome on me, and the fact that it was recycled and eco-​friendly is really awesome too! I was heading to Seattle the next week and this jacket was perfect for the weather conditions. It wasn’t a heavy jacket, but it was perfect for keeping me dry while not even looking or feeling like a rain jacket. I’ll definitely go back to try on more gear before my next trip!

The new owner is super helpful. If you are looking for anything, for ANY kind of travel, this is a great place to get it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT do business with this company as they will screw you. I ordered 2 pieces of luggage for 2 of my daughters online for Christmas. I was notified 3 days later they did not have one of the pieces of luggage in Pink. I spoke to the owner Greg who said they only only had 2 colors left I told him to send one of the colors which he agreed to. I received a call from him today as he said he canceled my order and if I want the luggage he was going to charge me more. What a jerk!
