i agree totally with the firsr review. I have ordered a lot of stuff from them over the years and have decided they are not worth the hassle. They induce you to buy multiple items but you have to wait forever to get them and at least half the time you have to wait weeks for a back order. They charge you an arm and a leg for shipping and then you have go to the post office and mail it back yourself on your own nickle.

Bra Smyth is a reseller of quality lingerie and leisure wear as well as selling their own line. They do a good job marketing both online and via direct mail catalogs. I’ve had not experience with the direct retail stores… only online.
The problems with the online venue are two-​fold:
1. To many purchases result in a portion of the order not being available and consequently being backordered.
2. Returns with most major retailers are supported via mailing labels enclosed with purchases… some require payment, some are free. Bra Smyth does NEITHER. You need to go to the post office, create a new label and pay for postage. In my case, I also needed to acquire a new box as the one the product arrived in was no longer acceptable to the post office. The process took an hour between drive times and working my way through the post office.
Future purchases will be made at larger retailers, who carry the same product and make returns easy.
