I just received a cold call from this company and when I asked to be taken off the calling list since we are on the do not call registry, the gentleman made fun of my last name and hung up. How offending is this? I would not do business with this company.

I got a call from Central Heat and Air offering a special duct cleaning service. When I politely said to the caller (Brandon, I believe) that we were not interested at this time, he promptly hung up on me without saying a word. I’ve had this happen a few times with the company calling me to offer a special service and as soon as I say that we aren’t interested, they hang up. I’m in sales and I understand how difficult it is to «cold call» people but to be so rude as to just hang up on the person you called is unacceptable. I am shocked and disappointed that this company would allow these types of unprofessional people to represent them. Because of this, I would not use them ever.

Contacted Central Heating and Air Conditioning due to no airflow in our commercial office. They were very responsive and had a technician out within hours. It was determined that there was a bad connector and it destroyed our blower motor. Within 1 business day they were able to locate a replacement motor and was scheduled for install. I really appreciate their honesty and the time they took to help me understand the scope of the problem. Pricing is fair with very high value.
Note: I was so pleased with their service I hired them for our quarterly maintenance on all (3) of our units.

Had them over for a service call today. Matthew was very diligent checking all aspects of my AC system, and found some issues (digusting filter, of course, and half open internal dampers almost everywhere). However the end result was about 3 degrees improvements after having AC running for two hours. Somewhat disappointing since it cost $ 125+$ 100. But the most disappoint part is they refused to honor the Unilocal Deal which is still in fact available on Unilocal,saying «it’s expired». So think twice about purchasing Unilocal Deal beforehand.
