Little Caesars Pizza

After boycotting this place for about a year, I figured I’d give them another try. All I can say is that at least this time I didn’t get any old pizza, but the whole «Hot N Ready» is a bunch of BS.
I walk in at around 12:15pm on my lunch. This place opens at 11am, so they have an hour to prepare for the lunch rush. I order the $ 5 lunch special (4 slice deep dish + drink), which is supposed to be «Hot N Ready» but they didn’t have any. There were already 2 customers ahead of me waiting. I look around the store & nothing is ready. No pizza, no crazy bread, no lunch special, NOTHING… It got to the point where they had about 10 people waiting in line for their orders.
After waiting for about 10 minutes (and when you’re on a lunch break, 10 minutes is a long time), I get my order. When I go to the soda fridge to get my drink, they barely have anything in there. Just the 2 liters but not much of the 16oz drinks. All the racks were almost, they were down to Sierra mist & Rootbeer.
The impression I got while waiting is that the store is still poorly managed, they’re unprepared, nothing is ready & the employees seemed overwhelmed. Not to mention they also forgot to turn 1 of the ovens on. I know the pizza is not to die for but at least have it ready when you say you’re going to have it ready.

Almost an hour has passed still no pizza and crazy bread wtf!!! This place is good an all I just want my bread and pizza

It’s kind of funny reading these comments about what people expect from Little Caesars. I have never been to one that has had stellar service and honestly the food is just good when you need something cheap and a decent amount of it. This location isn’t any worse than any other Little Caesars I’ve been to. Yeah, the guy cutting pizzas was texting and doing a terrible job. Yeah, they’re always out of crazy bread and you have to wait for *GASP* ten minutes to get any. Quality varies, a couple weeks ago I had an amazing pizza & crazy bread, but this week it’s just alright. It’s all a part of what you’re paying for. You’re paying $ 5 for a pizza, so this is fine. Well at least that’s how I see it anyways. I’ve never had to wait to get a hot and ready at this location like some other people are saying, but that is kind of weird… considering that’s their big schtick.

Bad service., they never have any pizza ready. You have to Waite 30min just to get a pizza.

Don’t get me wrong, I have no illusions that they aren’t the best pizza in town. But what I don’t appreciate is when you tell me (when I’m calling ahead) that it’s going to be 20 mins. When I get here at said 20 mins that you then tell me it’s going to be another 5 – 10 mins! AND THEN don’t apologize about it. You act like «oh it is what it is». What’s the point of calling ahead if you can’t be realistic with the time. Don’t set up yourself to not deliver. (No pun intended)

$ 5 DOLLARS hot and ready, get your ranch sauce and extra marinara sauce ready and start dipping your pizza into those sauce and there pretty darn good. For 5 dollars a large pizza thats a good deal unless you get the costco pizza haha!

Horrible service. Went there tonight. No Hot-​N-​Readys available. Was told it’d be 15−20min so I left, came back 20min later, and again there were still no Hot-​N-​Ready pizzas available. I was told again that it would be 15−20min wait. This location apparently doesn’t understand the Hot-​N-​Ready concept, as they were simply taking Hot-​N-​Ready orders and making guests stand around waiting while they cooked the pizzas. I left empty handed.

This place never has Hot and Ready pizzas. Whenever I come, I always have to wait. It’s like they don’t prep for lunch or dinner rush. You know what time people are coming in. Why isn’t there any pizza? 10min wait is ridiculous.

The service was average, I got my supreme pizza within 15 minutes, cost under $ 10 bucks. I would have given this place 4 stars but I guess the owner of this joint is stingy, they don’t provide cheese and peppers. Sooooo stingy

just grabbed some lunch (dinner, really) at this Little Caesers. really people, do you know what cheese is? or is your cheap ass rupee-​grubbing manager too busy penny pinching that you can’t even cover the whole pizza with cheese. geez, i know its $ 5 pizza but to be realistic, we all know the generic government cheese they use costs Like $ 1 per pound. mr. manager, if you haven’t figured it out by now, you WILL continue to lose business because frankly, you suck. THE ONLY UP SIDE, the girls working there were nice. so thumbs up for them only.

Hot n ready in 20 minutes to wait. This location is known for this as customers waiting are telling me. They have 11 employees working and they can’t keep up with the demand. Poor managment, what do you think?

This place used to be good. I would come here often, and they always took great care of me.
Unfortunately, they must be under new management, because their customer service has gone down the drain. From not offering cheese sauce to long wait times to just general rudeness, this place is bad enough that it is worth it for me to drive an extra 10 to 15 minutes to get pizza somewhere else.

Wait time is horrible not to mention having to deal with every other customer complaining about the wait time its supposed to be hot n ready then customers that come in after me get their pizza first what happened to first come first serve

It is what it is. The staff was very nice. The food was good. BUT, the manager apparently is a cheap ass bc he does not give out cheese and peppers anymore. And, they ran out of cheesy bread by 6pm. Looks like the manager is not doing his job correctly on inventory a and guest needs.

My friends and I went to get some pizzas for a party and this experience was awkward. First the cashier gets my order wrong. Second, the manager belittles his employees in front of us. Third, the manager ignores me a couple of
times when I try to get his attention to fix my order (he was too busy counting out a register). Never going here again until they up their customer service.

Usually come here cause I cant deny my love for the Crazy Bread. The pizza is no good, but now and then after baseball, we’ll just stop by and grab a quick order. The kids are usually ok with it.

I was sick yesterday and in bed all day… the only thing that sounded good was Crazy Bread. Came here to grab a bag of bread and a pizza for the kid. «Oh, we are out of Crazy Bread». WTF! How does that even happen?

I ordered two pizzas and specifically told them I did not want pineapple on one pizza. Of course, they put it on. When I asked politely for the correct order they started arguing with me and eventually lying. They said they already made the incorrect pizza and could not do anything about. They ended up making me a new large pizza and charged me $ 16 for it for a grand total of $ 28. When I asked another employee to clarify the price jump, he said it was because I ordered the other pizza incorrectly. Terrible customer service. Great recipe for long-​term success and customer retention (sarc).

They screwed my son’s birthday. I placed my order the day before my son’s birthday and went there to pick up but then they told me they couldn’t find my order. And they also couldn’t find the manager who took my order the day before. I ended up rushing to some other pizza places to buy other pizzas. I couldn’t be there for the first 45 minutes of my son’s birthday. I missed almost the whole birthday party. I was really furious and the thing that made me even more furious was that they didn’t care about it and they didn’t show any signs of sorrow for the missed order. I will never never never ordered any pizza from there and probably never from any little caesars pizza.

When here for a pizza and well got the pizza but I guess they forgot one important thing to slice it up :(was not happy about but anyways I had cut it at home

These guys definitely deserved a review.
I asked for a Large pineapple, Jam and mushrooms for $ 10.06 Looks like they put extra cheese it was delicious for $ 5.00 extra than the regular ones for 5 bucks.
I really recommend you to ask for a Large at least 3 toppings pizza and you will see the difference excellent and love the cheese
