If I have a food allergy, work with me on substitutions. Don’t just say«no» and blame your inflexible computer systems, as your manager did today.

It was so irritating and frustrating to drive 8 miles to here and get home with soggy large fries and re-heated 20 pcs chicken nuggets. They should make sure to serve fresh food.

I really wish I could give ZERO stars!!! I am so upset with this restaurant at this moment. Not only did they mess up my order but WASTE my time!!! Yesterday I went through the drive thru and got food for my kids… I get home and they forget a cheeseburger in our order. Ok I look at receipt and yup sure enough I was charged for it, I call and speak to Myra and she knew who I was right away she said yes I’m sorry you had 2 orders of plain cheeseburgers and 1 was left behind. She apologized and said to go back anytime and she would replace my entire order(this is NOT the first time they mess up my order). Other times I call and let them know but I just don’t have the time to go back. You would think I would learn to double check every little item BUT I saw the cheeseburger packaging and figured the other was there… SMH. Anywho I told her I just did not have time but could I go tomorrow and she said yes not a problem! So I go today and oh to my surprise(sarcasm) they tell me she’s not working today and the manager says return tomorrow!!! Wow!!! Really not only did you take my money yesterday, not give me my food, but now you waste my time!!! Go to another McDonald’s this is not the first time they mess up my order. I live so close to them and will now be driving to another one will not go back!!!

I haven’t eaten McDonalds in years. Stopped by to grab a milkshake on this sunny day. Cashier was a jerk and smart ass because I didn’t know that milkshakes came in different sizes. Fuck you, dude. You work at McDonalds, not me.

Okay, okay, I know. It’s McDonalds… You pay for the quality in this case, cheap food=nasty food. I personally dislike McDonalds, a lot. But can’t argue because it’s cheap. Pros: PRICE! $ 1ANY size fountain drink. No problems fixing my order(why would there be, it’s their fault) Chicken sandwiches are okay. Fries are good when they’re fresh. Cons: Burgers taste. ew. Tried the third pound sirloin burger. Super processed & unseasoned meat.Gross. QUALITYOFFOOD! Workers dont listen to your order or your questions about the food. No fountain drink machine inside– only behind the counter &&&&&&&ONLYONEFREEREFILLPERCUSTOMER! Idk about you, but McDs makes me sick & i’m writing this on my toliet seat. AVOID. Continue your look for somewhere to eat elsewhere.

This location deserves 0 stars! I went through drive thru six months ago and was served French fries that were so hot they burned my tongue! I had blisters in my mouth for 3 days and couldn’t eat. There was no warning what so ever! I sent in the survey to McDonalds Corporate and they finally got the manager to respond and then never heard from them again. Multiple requests for Corporate are not followed up on and they just don’t care. No one deserves to receive food at temperatures that can hurt them or businesses that don’t care about customers and their service. Please take your $$ and eat somewhere else!

All I wanted was a salad. One salad with the dressing of my choice. Instead I got a poorly closed container filled with lettuce interspersed with three pieces of carrot and four chips. Accompanied with the dressing of their choice. Never mind that I actually paid to have that choice. The only saving grace was the nice lady at the check out window who understood my frustration and refunded my money when I returned to the drive thru with that mess up off an order. Kudos. Not even a salad turns out right here.

Horrible. Waited 10 minutes in line while breakfast was still on. By the time the cashier served us breakfast ended and they said they couldn’t serve us it. Horrible service.

You need to keep more eyes out for the children for god sakes. Soon they might fall off of the play area. And stop serving people pink paste. That aight right!

Pros: relative fast service. Open late. Went there at 11:30pm through the drive-thru. Expect your average McDouble. BUT the McChicken was on point. That was a pleasant surprise. Cons. Fries were dry. You can tell it’s been chillin for a minute. Your average McDonald’s thats open late and hits the spot.

Oh hell no. I’m not one to review a fast food joint cause the way I see it, you get what you pay for. But y’all seriously F’d up last night and I am letting it be known. I came to the drive thru at 2am. I was not told my total at the speaker. I drove up to pay and waited forever to be helped even when I was clearly the only customer present. When the cashier finally decided to acknowledge me, she told me it was cash only. I shouldn’t know that before I order? Or after I order, when you’re supposed to tell me my total? Or when I drive up to your window in clear view of you, and you of me? I’m lucky I BARELY had enough cash on me. Enter the real problem: After I handed her the money, I did not get any change back. She freaking disappeared, although I heard her talking & laughing loudly with coworkers through the window. She came back 10 minutes later and handed me my food, but STILLNOCHANGE. She didn’t even remember how much money I handed her! She stood there confused, not knowing what to do or how much to give back. I reminded her how much I paid, then asked for a receipt, but she said she couldn’t give me one since the credit card machines were down. That affects cash payments how??? I should’ve claimed that I paid with a hundred dollar bill, ha. To top it all off, when I checked my bag the sauce I asked for was missing & when I asked for it again, she claimed they ran out. Don’t know why she couldn’t have told me when I ordered at the speaker or when she decided to give me no sauce at all instead of offering a different one. Whatever. I don’t expect exceptional or even great service here, but she could’ve came across a completely different customer who would’ve handled the situation in an entirely different manner. I wish I was mean enough to be that customer. Anyway, if another one star review could hurt this place a little bit, then that’s good enough for me.

The ladies here are very nice and patient :) I ended up changing my whole order by the time I pulled up to the window :/and they were happy to help me with my new one. Very patient and helpful not an ounce of rudeness or annoyance from them at all. I am one happy camper heading home with my World Cup meals ^_^

I love Mac chicken. Every week I eat Mac chicken but never get bored at all. Superb taste with low price. Drive through is so quick. But I miss the chicken wings they used to provide previously.

This location used to be very good. I have been living in the area for 8 + years. When I was younger I could ear McDonalds for breakfast, lunch and dinner — so I did very often. They knew my name and my orders were always correct. Then management started changing and about a year ago I noticed a dramatic change in the way they treated customers, quality of the food and attention to detail. I stopped eating here for a while because they would constantly get my order wrong and when I would complain they would give me attitude and I did not feel safe to eat the food. Against my better judgement I came here a few days ago, I was in a rush and did not have time to drive to the McDonalds on Stevens Creek and Lawrence which is a lot better. I asked for the sweet & sour sauce when I ordered and then after I paid I asked the guy who gave me the food if the«sweet and sour sauce was in the bag» he replied yea its in there. When I pulled away and checked, I was not surprised to find the BBQ Sauce. I did not realize they require me to repeat my order more than twice to get it right. When I walked inside to complain instead of apologizing, which is what this guy who does not care at all should have done, he just threw the sauce on the counter and when I got upset the manager said«he always complains» in my direction. Thats because you always screw up, thats why I always complain. When I asked for the name of the employee who was rude, inattentive and should not be allowed to speak with customers, they just threw a receipt with a phone number on it at me and told me that they would not give me a name. I called the number on the reciept and left a message, guess what, no reply from anyone. Bottom line: bad quality of the food, worst service in the area(and thats McDonalds service I am talking about), dirty interior and bad employees.) Avoid this location and drive 5 min to the Lawrence location which has friendly employees and responsive management.

Food is basic McDonald’s. However, because of special dietary requirements, I always ask for no cheese. It doesn’t matter what I order, at least 50% of the time there is cheese on my item. I approve the order through the drive-thru display that says«no cheese» or verbally at the counter, but for some reason they just can’t get it right. So frustrating! And, I don’t see it until I get back to work. I don’t go to McDonald’s often, but when I do, I want my order right.

Don’t eat here. Sweet tea is different every time. Fries are given under or over. This time, there is hair and bristle in with the fries. Eat at you own risk.

After seeing tons of signage and commercials and advertising for McD’s attempt to break into the fast food wing market via Mighty Wings, I finally relented and ordered a 5 piece late one night on my way home. Interestingly, this location had a giant hand-written sign posted on the drive-thru speaker saying they were out of all ice cream and frozen desserts. Okie dokie, more business for the delicious froyo place next door, whatever. Line was short but went slow, only seemed to be one guy working– polite on the speaker, though, which was nice. Confirmed I wanted ranch with my wings, I said I’d also like buffalo– got both in the bag, so that was a success. This review isn’t so much about the location itself so much as it’s a critique of their newest food launch– for a product intended to take over the wing market, they’re fried and dry. I thought McD’s had the benefit of already having wing-appropriate sauces in store due to their McNuggets– but if you’re going to fry up some wings, add the sauce cups to my bag, and call it a day, you’re not going to get any fans. At the very least, grab a bowl(or even the box you serve the wings in), dump the sauce of my choice on when I order, and toss before boxing them. Otherwise it’s essentially just McNuggets with a bone if I still have to do the dipping. Poor execution, McDs.

Nice and clean on the inside but I am not sure about the staff. I understand that I tend to have a strong Midwestern accent at times but everything we ordered was wrong. Really? BBQ sauce with the new McFish Bites? I don’t know how many times I tried to ask for tartar sauce but something was obviously lost in translation. Even my SO tried to help but alas he was exasperated and gave up. I am glad that there was a manager to help the poor soul who had to deal with us. I don’t think I will return unless I am desperate and in the area. By the way: I never did get the tartar sauce.
