One Source Legal Documents

I hired one source in nov 2020 to do my eviction. This company dragged their feet and took so long . We where able to get the eviction started in court and get a court date in Jan. Today at my court hearing everything was going to go through till the lawyer saw the mistake. Their are three defendant and two where supposed to have been defaulted in dec. Today Jan 25th we see that one source did not file the default. Now I have to go back to court in three weeks pay another fee for the lawyer to go to court with me. And all one source can say is I'm sorry. Please do not use this company tbe fees you are paying in not told up front. The fee is not 550 flat fee like they say on the website. I have paid alot more then that the lawyer fee is 750 not 350 like they say on the website. Please do not use this company find a better one. I wish I had seen these reviews before I hired them

CRUZ IS A CROOK AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!
Where do I begin?
I was referred to Mrs. Cruz from One Source Legal last year, when I was looking for someone with a professional background to help me with the filing of my divorce. After hearing from my sister that her rates had gone up and that she also had encountered some communication and follow up issues with her, she still seemed to be reasonable enough to give her the opoutunity to help me with my filin. I quickly found out how unreliable she was. She never returned my calls or my emails. It has been the most frustrating encounter, or in this case (lack of) on her part!
She has managed to avoid me throughout almost the entire process. It was communicated by her that my divorce papers would be filed months ago. They never where. They sat on her desk and were ignored. I had to go to the Court House myself to find out what was going on because she communicate with me. I was blown away when the courts clerk advised me that my documents were just recently filed on the December 28^th 2016 (2 days ago). My Divorce would have been final as of January 1^st 2016. Now because of her lack of commitment and unprofessionalism, my divorce documents are now sitting in the courts office waiting to be looked at because she FAILED TO DO HER JOB in a timely manner! After countless emails and phone calls, she finally returned my calls and basically agrees with me about her lack of commitment. UNBELIEVABLE! SHE ADMITS TO ME THAT SHE HAS TAKEN ON MORE THAN SHE CAN HANDLE! But does nothing to make things right with me.
So there you go be aware do not use her services, OR LACK OF!!!
I am extremely disappointed in her!
Now I am going to have to wait God knows how long to have my Divorce finalized.

My experience w/​One Source was brief but exemplary. I was in a very tight, high pressured crunch for time and needed information asap. I called OneSource and Cruz returned my call. She was not able to see me for an appt. — my request for info. was same day and she was understandably already booked – but I could tell she sincerely cared about me as a customer. Although she could not see me for a meeting that day, she went above and beyond getting me the info. I was seeking and even corrected me when she realized I’d been chasing down the wrong form for my particular transaction. She took the time to email me the docs when most people just tell you to go Google it. She had NO reason to help me the way she did – this was all over the phone and she was not getting paid. I am glad there is a place like this here in Santa Clara and I would like to say Cruz was extremely helpful and showed she really cares about people.

My experience with One Source Legal Documents was not good at all. While Cruz was pleasant she was also not responsive to e-​mails or phone messages and then when I finally got her to e-​mail me back that she would call soon she never did. I felt left hanging. I wanted to file a move away order on a previous case and she directed me to the courthouse to pick up copies of my case files only to find out the case was never actually filed and instead of telling me that she couldn’t proceed she asked for more of my money and left me without any further information waiting on her. So while she did fill out the paperwork and file for fee waiver she never proceeded with anything else and so after 3 weeks of me asking the status while she put me off she agreed to refund me $ 150 of my $ 550. I think it would have been more fair if she returned half of my money because what she did was in no way worth $ 400. I would stay away from using this company. She didn’t know how to proceed on my case and instead of just admitting it she took my money and left me hanging.

My case had been going on for a long long time, I was getting wrong information from the court self-​help centers, and it would have dragged on eternally if I hadn’t finally visited OneSource. Once I talked to Cruz, she told me exactly what I needed to do and she did it for me, it was the last I had to personally deal with it, instead I just waited for the court order and I was done. What a relief! I highly recommend their services for legal documenting when you know what you need done and don’t need an expensive attorney for the paperwork.

I would definitely recommend One Source Legal Documents. Cruz was a pleasure to work with and was knowledgeable and experienced about the process. Given the complexity of the legal system, it was reassuring to have a professional every step of the way. The job was done well and at an affordable price. 5 Stars!

After having to start over with my case because of an error I made, I decided to hire Cruz at one source legal documents. Everything went smoothly. Cruz called me and let me know that the final judgement was grated and that she would send me my papers. I did not receive them right away and became very nervous after reading some of the complaints below. i called her and she emailed me the final judgement papers. Besides the little scare I had there it was very much worth the money (she even let me make 2 payments). Cruz was very nice and helpful. If you don’t want to mess anything up, I recommend going to One Source Legal Documents.

I decided to hire Cruz with One Source Legal, after having a really bad experience using Legal Zoom for Divorce Paper Preparation and also spending $ 350 for one hour to speak to a private Divorce Attorney, who basically just took my money, and didn’t give help me at all. I felt I had already spent more money than I wanted to spend, but i also didn’t have any of the documents that i needed, which were specific to my case in order, therefore, could not file anything without help. Finding Cruz and listening to her tell me that she would take care of things, was a relief. I would have given her 5 stars, for her over all service. I’m taking one star due to some miscommunication between Cruz and I at the time when I was ready to pick up my final documents for signing prior to her filing, I am still waiting for my documents that she received from the court to be mailed to me, which she assured me was done. Other than this, Cruz is very professional, detail oriented, she’s also well informed, and although she doesn’t provide Legal Advise, she does guide you in the right direction with regards to making certain that all the documents that you need are in order and filed accordingly. I have worked with Source Legal for quite a while and find them to be extremely professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough as an alternative to an expensive attorney. I have read through their work and it has been accurate and complete, plus, they’re great to work with!
