The owner here is so damn awesome. He will do his best to help you out to make sure you’re satisfied. A guy who’s from LA just wants to help his friend out so the owner here will just make you are satisfied. I’ll come back for sure. I can’t thank the owner enough. You rock man, I’ll remember this.

This pizza hut is my current favorite pizza place. I have ordered for both delivery and pick up, and I have had excellent experiences every time. With online deals, you can get great cheap create-​your-​own pizzas, our personal favorite being the stuffed crust pretzel flavor pizza. The service is friendly, and delivery has always taken only 30 mins, which is extremely fast for my area comparatively. Yes, the parking lot sucks, but the pizza and service is amazing, which is what I come back for.

Been to a lot of Pizza Huts and the quality is pretty standard BUT this Pizza Hut’s quality is superb. Definitely the best pizza hut in the bay area. The employees are super flexible, kind, and professional. Anmol and Danny always help me and make the best pizza, with the best quality you will definitely notice. Keep up the great work! I will always be coming here :)

Parking lot sucks! Small and super uneven and gravelly. But, friendly and quick service. Stopped by on a late Friday evening to pick up some pasta for the family. Not many people dining in there, but all the employees were busy on the phone taking orders.
I honestly was expecting their pasta to be ready made (maybe I’m used to the Pizza Huts inside Target, haha) but apparently they make it as the orders come in. The girl who helped me told me it would take about half an hour. No big deal.
I ordered a half order each of the chicken alfredo and the meaty marinara. Good portion and they came with a side of delicious breadsticks. I will definitely be back again if I’m too lazy to cook dinner!

This place doesn’t even deserve a one-​star rating (wish there was a negative rating). I think the chef must be changed (though the guy at the counter doesn’t treat you badly). The pizza made by these fellows isn’t close to what other Pizza hut locations offer. I have stopped going to this pizza hut and drive 2 more miles to another pizza hut location. If you are very hungry and don’t have any other option in this world, then only go to this place, otherwise please avoid.

They doesn’t have the Good food or even good service.
Went here just recently and I find this place really bad.
Pizza was cold and it arrives very late.
Does not even count as pizza, not gonna come back again.

Ordered delivery the other night (large pizza, breadsticks, and a pasta). Was quoted half an hour but the stuff ended up taking an hour and a half. On top of that the pizza dough was under cooked nor did it have the right toppings. What a shame Pizza Hut.

Ordered a pizza and some cinnamon sticks at 12:20. The food was suppose to get here around 1:00 but it got here around 1:23. Waited a bit more than an hour to get the pizza, it was cold and then opened the box of cinnamon sticks to find ranch dressing instead of the icing. Seriously??? You guys cannot be that dumb. Worst business ever and now I’m probably going to have to wait another hour just for icing.

Very bad customer service we order dinner combo quantity is gud but pizza was very thick.

It took 35 minutes for this place to process my order. However its still the closest Pizza Hut to my location.

It makes me so sad to give Pizza Hut only one star BUT their food has gone down hill and its absolutely hideous! Their «thin» crust tastes like burned skin. Their beloved pan style crust it NOTHING like it was 2 years ago. I don’t know what they did, but they lost a very faithful customer of over 25 years and now we order from Via Mia. We went on pizza
to order a Hawaiian pizza (my nephew wanted Pizza Hut and he was paying) BUT the Santa Clara Pizza Hut was out of pineapple. Wow. Bye PH.

So, read the reviews, ran screaming from their website. Tried to find anyplace else open where I could get a pizza. nothing! So, with no other pizza-​shaped options, I decided to give it a try, despite all the warning on Unilocal.
is it the best pizza I’ve ever had? no!
Is it the newest/​cleanest pizza place I’ve been to? no!
But, it was an OK large pizza for $ 10 and they were open late.
Staff was friendly. Pizza was hot and ready when I got there, my order was correct (Did I mention it was only $ 10??). Yes, the store was old and worn out, and the coke machine was broken. Still, for the money, a totally acceptable place.

Horrible. Bad customer service. The place was dirty. I even ordered over the phone so my food would be ready when I got there. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes… it took almost 40 minutes of sitting there before I got to eat… oh yeah, they’re unorganized.

Pray your order comes out correctly. Jan 16 I ordered a large supreme for delivery in the evening. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. They forgot my side and the pizza was cold. I spoke to the manager and he told me to call back anytime and he will honor me with a free pizza. I called back on the 20^th and was told by Rachael (who was polite) that the manager wouldn’t send me the pizza after all. Not only that but they will no longer be delivering to our company.

Ordered delivery 2 nights in a row last week. Didn’t know about the reviews until I looked it up today. Pizza arrived hot and it was our correct order both times. I can’t speak to the inside of the store and It’s not gourmet pizza and a little greasy but it was what we expected. We’ll be ordering again I’m sure.

I went there in the evening for dinner. I was with a friend of mine and we didn’t like the place. The place seems to be unorganized, unhygienic and unwelcoming for the customers.
On entering the restaurant, no body helped us to get seated. We had to pick the menus from the order desk for ourselves. The young guy who took our order was good. He also offered us a special, but rest of staff was not pleasant at all. The pizza also didn’t taste good and the tables were stinky.
I would suggest to avoid this place for any kind of decent meal.

If you’re planning to pick up a pizza, note that this place isn’t very well organized, so make sure you order online and double check what you get matches your order when you pick up.
If you’re planning to dine-​in, just don’t. I remember the time Pizza Hut had more dine-​in business than carry-​out, and Pizza Huts were nicely laid out and had some ambiance. I’ve been to a couple where the old world version of Pizza Hut still carries. This location, unfortunately, has fully embraced the «take-​away» age and probably doesn’t do much dine-​in business. All they have are some rickety tables and chairs, and a paper towel roll on each table. They don’t offer plates, glasses for water, or even someone who brings the pizza to you when it’s ready. Don’t worry, there’s also a TV that’s precariously placed on a high shelf and looks like it’ll fall at any moment.
They also forgot to put the little box lifter into the box, so our box top had sagged down onto the pizza by the time it took for us to walk over to the counter, pick it up and bring it back to the table.

Should have gone with the reviews and avoided this place.
This place makes the worst pizzas.

Ordered online, 545p pickup quoted. Arrived at 545p. Paid bill, cashier said my order number was 102, and it would be a few minutes. Heard cashier call 117, and I kept waiting, by myself.
Fast forward 15 min. Walk up to cashier, asked if my order was ready. Pizza was ready, she said we called your number, right? I said, no one called 102. Other worker said 102? I have a 92, which turned out to be my order. (The ticket did say 102)
What was the worst part was just the apathy of the workers that I was waiting. I don’t need free stuff, but a «sorry about that» would have sufficed. Sad because normally cashiers have been pretty good. This one experience negates all that.

Oh this place. This place sucks at time management!
I tried placing an order on line and it told me it would be a 3hr wait!!! You serious bro! Im a growing man and need to EAT
I decided to call in the order and pick it up. They said 20 minutes and I was there after only 10. I waited another 30 minutes from the time I got there to get my order!
The place looks like someone spilled soda all over the carpet! it was nasty.
The food was good, but I will never wait that long for a pizza, ever again!
