I’ve went everywhere looking for a specific style of sun glasses to replace the ones I lost. I bought my glasses in Europe, so the style was unique and hard to find. Most eye wear shops tend to carry the same styles.
This store is very different. SEE carries the largest selection I’ve seen, with a wide variety of high quality products. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and I found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

I updated my sunglasses and prescription glasses here and love them! The store has a fun selection of frames that are out of the ordinary. Ask for Adam to help you find the pair that you will look great in!

STAFF: I spoke to a girl over the phone before coming in person, and she was really friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. She ended up being the same person when I walked into the store. She made me feel like a friend coming in shopping for glasses frames as she handed me various glasses frames to try out. She put me on some kind of mailing list, and I got a postcard in the mail letting me know about a store sale event.
PRICING: She explained prices easily and straight forward. They do not make frames in bulk so you run the risk of finding frames you like that might sell-​out if you don’t order them right away. Prices seem more reasonable here than if you were to get glasses at Kaiser.
INSIDE: The store inside is well laid out in my opinion with modern décor and minimalistic furniture. You’re inside Valley Fair mall so you do get the aisle outside noise from the mall. It’s white and pretty bright inside.
FRAMES: I thought they had a good selection of frames, and I found ones that I liked that I plan to go back and order once I get a new prescription. She was totally okay with me taking selfies so I could compare shopping and ask friends for their opinion.

I came in on a busy day before Christmas in hopes of finding a pair of new glasses. The store is nice and there are a ton of frames available, but there was no customer service provided by the sales associate here. Not sure of other locations, but upon walking in, I received no «hello» or any form of greeting. First impressions count, but I’m sure they already knew that. I decided to just browse on my own, and I was the only customer in the store aside from a couple who was also browsing and trying on glasses. The associate did nothing to try to assist either of us, and stood behind the desk staring down at her phone.
I decided to approach her and ask her questions myself, since she didn’t seem interested whatsoever in assisting the few customers she had in the store, and when I did, she was pleasant enough. Not much enthusiasm still, but she wasn’t rude.
I’m not expecting constant attention and excitement from associates, but at least say hello and offer a little assistance. The only reason for two stars is the fact that there are nice frames here for a great price, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service here.

I am pleased to report that Heidi (District Manager) contacted me last week to discuss my experience and was sincerley appreciative of my feedback and wanted to learn more about the details of interaction with the Valley Fair store. She advised me today that the the company was working to improve the customer experience in this botique to match the same outstanding level of customer service I have come to know in the Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco stores. I will definitely revisit SEE Eyewear and will continue to recommend to my friends and collegues. This company has such an amazing selection of frames and we are fortunate to have their botiques in Bay Area.

I love See. I live in Santa Clara but I would drive to San Francisco to get my glasses there. I’m so happy they now have store at Valley Fair. They have great frames in lots of shapes, sizes and colors. The people are so helpful and make sure you get great glasses at a great deal. I got a pair of sunglasses for less than what I paid for just the lens at my doctor’s.

Just popped in to ask if they did eyewear repairs. The manager took my Kate Spade sunglasses, replaced the screw and polished them and wouldn’t take any payment.
They have amazing sunglasses for $ 99.
I’ll be going back!

This was my first time buying glasses and I am very glad I ended up here. First off, I checked out a few other places to browse and no one either acknowledged me or creeped me out to the point where I wanted to leave.
This store on the other hand… Is on point! Their customer service is amazing. They are very patient with you, not pushy and want nothing more than to help you find what you are looking for. I have come in here twice already and spent a good hour to hour and a half browsing. They have plenty of options for your personal preference and are ways bringing in new styles every 4 weeks or so.
Tonight, I ended up placing an order on a really cute pair of magenta metallic frames that look amaazaaaazing! The person who helped me even helped with the pricing because I was hesitant on spending so much and we found an option that worked for what I was looking for.
I love this place and I can’t wait to show all my friends. I will totally be back next time I’m in for a new look :)

I’ve been obsessed with glasses lately so I had to come check out this newly opened glasses store when my prescription changed.
Store is very modern and hip. Customer service was great. I’m not the type of girl to usually ask for help, but it was good having some advice/​input from the employees. I tried on quite a few frames and they helped me pick one out.
The whole process was very easy. They took down my prescription info from my optometrist’s office and got my order processed. They were supposed to call and let me know my glasses were ready, but they didn’t. Probably a slip up.
Anyway, I would definitely come back and check out new frames as they get in new shipments. Super fun and more affordable than most other places.

I think this is the best glasses boutique so far. I’ve been to others and they’re too sloppy and disorganized.
SEE provides a simple layout with styles that are organized by prices and looks. The colors are simple, the designs are very unique; vintage 60s-​70s looks with a modern twist, and most importantly great prices!
Kris talked about the history about this company and told me about her own experience. We talked about different brands and she even provided glasses for me to try. Her customer service is excellent and she’s friendly to the max.
This was the best experience at a glasses place for me! I definitely want to come back to purchase a pair soon! A special shout out to Kris Ecalnir for being awesome! I recommend this place to everybody!
