After living in this community for more than 20 years, I have never been subjected to more judgement than when I entered this store.
This first time, I wasn’t even approached.
The second time, the same lady working decided to share with her colleague within earshot that I wasn’t going to buy anything and that I can’t afford it.
I was actually really interested in a purse there but with how they treat their customers and potential customers. Never again. Do us all a favor and leave our community.
We don’t need subjective businesses like this here.

I had the Best shopping experience today with Kim White! This is an amazing woman! She styled me so well! She made me feel so comfortable and so good! I wanted to buy the entire collection! The best part about Kim was that I could tell she was having a good time not just trying to sell me stuff I didn’t like!
Kim took pictures with my phone and that was such a great idea!
I walked out of the store today feeling great!
Doesn’t happen too often.

I’m a designer snoot for many reasons. One I believe in quality of clothing, two I believe that a name does mean something and that if the name is good I expect the clothes to be as well. So far so good with BCBG. I met a girl there Jessica who is just fabulous! The last time I was there I got a power skirt in pink or whatever and it was on sale from 198 to 140 I believe. WHATEVER WORTH IT. I listen to people talk to me about shopping at Forever 21 blah blah blah. Look honey you can go to Forever 21 and get a jacket for 34 bucks or whatever and in a week the lining is falling about the material is destroyed and you look dirty. It happens so I might as well take my money and spend it on something that I know will last long and looks good. You get what you pay for.
I love the dresses and the people at the store are not snooty at all. They ask you what you want and what you need and ironically after I go shopping at MK right across I always end up coming into BCBG. The two are tied together it seems. BCBG quality is very nice and I am definitely coming back again and again.

I generally LOVE everything BCBG makes, and the fits are amazing. It’s like they make each piece for me personally or something. So already, I’m loving this store before even going in.
When I found out there was a location at the Valencia mall, I was stoked. I’ve gone in there a few times when I was in town and each experience was good — until my last one, which turned to great.
I went in there mid-​week last week and two girls were working. They were both VERY helpful (Sorry — forgot their names). They were complimenting certain pieces, and advising kindly against some others — and offering alternatives. I didn’t feel that «pressure — sales» type personalities from either one. I not only got what I wanted, but I left thinking, hmmm — that was a nice experience. To top it off, I got some «steals» by picking up sale items that had an additional 20% off! SCOREEE!

TERRIBLE STORE & COMPANY! I would give this store zero stars if I could. Why do I hate this place? Let me count thy ways… (There are many reasons but let’s just sum it up into 3 points of contention.)
1.) Snooty service from a certain male manager via phone and in person.
2.) Overcharged me by $ 200 for a dress that as of this morning I was still being charged for.
3.) When the dress I selected was finally mailed to me, it was the WRONG one? Come on people let’s pull it together.
Love the clothes at this place, but as I recently told the District Manager via email: «Ughh love your clothes but you are not forever 21! You can’t treat people like shit and expect them to shell out bucks for items they can get online or at one of your 2000 competitors. Service sellls. It is not about the clothes. It’s about how the store makes you feel. Mark my words, mom and I will blow our bucks elsewhere in the future.»
