Staff is great! Clothes are adorable! Clothes are affordable! Ummm I guess the only problem is store is kinda crowded but I mean it’s filled with super cute stuff so who cares if my double stroller can’t fit without blocking out other customers, more clothes and random trinkets for me!

I can’t believe this place has such a bad star rating, I love Francesca’s!
This store isn’t really big, but they’ve packed a lot of cool and unique accessories, trinkets, and clothing into it. If you’re looking for a present for someone and you’re not sure what to get, this place always has something small and funny that pretty much anyone would enjoy. They’ve usually got a sale on their jewelry as well, such as buy one get one half off which is a good deal as there is usually more than one item that has caught my eye.
I love the clothes here the most! There is always something I pine over in this store, it’s just a tad too pricey for me so I usually end up empty handed and wishing I could spend $ 30 on that super cute shirt I’m in love with.

I like some of their clothes; trendy, cute & affordable, but I have to agree, quality isn’t that good. It isn’t expensive shop but considering the quality some are over priced. Their service isn’t good either. They charge 15 cent for a shopping bag. It’s only 15 cent but this is not a Wall Mart! I didn’t know I supposed to carry grocery shopping bag when I shop for clothing… Also one time when I shopped there they greeted to every single person, including the person next to me except me. I know they intentionally ignored me. I don’t know maybe b/c I am Asian… I was the only Asian at that time… I can’t think of any other reason.

I really, truly love shopping at Franseccas Collections but this one? Not so much! The selection of clothing is subpar compared to the Glendale store and the service is awful! I work in retail and know that people do steal but it is necessary to follow me every time I walk into the store?! The sad part is, I always ending buying something, but enough is enough. This store has lost my business because I refuse to b treated like a shoplifting fiend.

Really inexpensive trendy clothes. Quality isn’t amazing, but enough to get you through a season. I can’t seem to commit to a purse, so shelling out $ 48 for a turquoise purse that I’ve already received two complements on (and I just bought it today) is a pretty good deal. I really wanted another purse, but a tag said it may contain lead. Yikes. I appreciated the warning tag, but really…
