I have had a great experience at Botto’s kick boxing. I attend the exercise classes during the day… they classes are fun, energetic, and you can go at your own pace (but prepared to be soar)!. Overall a great experience!

If you’re looking for a workout that’s fun and intense, this is the place. Chris is an excellent teacher who is motivating and challenging. I really love it here. It’s a great workout for your body and your mind. You should definitely try it.

Get in shape here! Free boxing gloves to start u off! Instructor is the nicest lenient you will ever meet. But watch out he could be aggressive but it’s for your own good!
