I was very fortunate to have Holly Feneht of Gilded Lily do a mastectomy tattoo on my right side. The purple orchids she did are magnificent! Holly’s shop is very classy and comfortable. She is extremely compassionate and I enjoyed our time together. My journey with breast cancer has ended. I love that when I look in the mirror, I now see gorgeous flowers instead of scars!

It’s difficult to express just how grateful I am for what Holly was able to do for me in my journey to heal from a double mastectomy. I told her my vision and what she created completely exceeded my expectations. It is so, so beautiful. I can now look at myself again with pride, gratitude, hope and most of all, love. I was so ashamed of how I looked after the surgery and reconstruction but that is no longer the case. I avoided the mirror like the plague. Now, I sometimes find myself lifting up my shirt in the mirror just so I can gaze at this remarkable piece of art. Her shop is classy, comfortable, and discreet. Not your typical«on display» tattoo parlor. She is completely sensitive, respectful, and empathetic to the cancer journey. Thank you, Holly, I am forever grateful.

Although Holly does great body art overall, her incredible talent shows in her paramedical tatooing. She does tattoos with 3-D shading that make the art so realistic that it’s almost impossible to tell the difference between the original being copied and the tatoo. The Gilded Lily is a classy place and Holly’s sensitivity to a cancer survivor’s journey is incredible. She really understands that the tatoo to finalize reconstruction or cover a scar is both a physical and mental statement of moving on with life. The paramedical aspects of her business include tattoos for breast reconstruction, covering scars from all types of surgeries, and covering scars from domestic violence. I’d encourage anyone, male or female, to check out the Gilded Lily.
