One star means zero or minus one. I got insurance and choose this doctor because the office is just a 12 minutes walk from where I live.
Emergency happened and went there on a Monday 3.40 PM. The office was closed. The sign says: open from Monday-​Friday until 5 PM, lunch from 1 – 2. I waited 50 minutes, nothing, left several messages on the phone. They called me back the next day and said: we close early on Mondays/​no sign about it, it was my first visit/​, anyway we don’t take walk– in patients. About the hours they said: you should see there is nobody inside, no lights on, it means, we are closed. Extremly rude assistant, who didn’t reveal her name.
I assume the doctor has another office, so she went there. If I assume well the other office is in Beverly Hills. It’s only an educated guess. Go figure.
I’m still in shock. What happened to the Doctor’s Oath?
Don’t go there…
