Dr. Bittar was great and got to the bottom of my issue so he was able to refer me to the correct specialist. However, his office staff, specifically VANESSA is horrible. Very unhelpful and snotty on the phone. You have to call multiple times to get her to take care of your authorizations and then she still submits the wrong codes so that my referral and care gets delayed. Get all new staff, because when it comes down to it, you are only as good as your staff!

This doctor is awful. I had an injured shoulder and went to see Dr Bittar several times. He was always hurried and not attentive. He was dismissive and made me feel like I was overreacting to my injury. He talked me out of having a procedure to fix it and now, 6 months later, I have a secondary injury from my shoulder and have to have that procedure after all. My personal physician was livid that Dr Bittar did not do the procedure in the first place because all of this could have been avoided.

I hope the doctor’s expertise is better than his ability to hire sarcastic people who try to get you off the phone before you have a chance to ask a question.
I work for a firm where we try and have our client’s treat so that their are no gaps in between. I was referred to this facility by another doctor, and needed to ensure that our client’s needs would be taken care of. I hope this is not how they treat new patients especially those that are clients of our firm.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my husband who leaves all the Unilocaling to me. My husband had pretty bad golfer’s elbow and nothing was helping, he was unable to golf or play tennis for nearly 6 months. He made an appointment with Dr. Bittar and was able to golf and play tennis again within a week of his visit. I asked him about his experience in the office, he said it was great, walked in, checked in, within minutes he was with the doctor who did not rush him. He will definitely go back if needed.

This doctor always overbooked patients. Not only you have to wait over an hour, but also the nurse will call in 2 – 3 patients at a time. Lucky you would have more than 2 minutes with the doc and he is a very impatient to patients. I think I’m so done him.
