Domino’s Pizza

Worst dominos ever if your ordering chicken wings. Shouldn’t you be getting chicken wings not all drumsticks. It’s common courtesy too atleast have half and half wings and drumsticks. Do not come to this dominos

Ordered pizza and other items, tracker app said out for delivery, over an hour later still no delivery. I live less than 5 minutes away and would have just went and picked up the order if I knew it was going to be so difficult for Dominos to deliver in a reasonable time frame. This is the time after the food was prepared so it sat for over an hour in a car, in a hot bag sure but that is not fresh. I called in and the guy said we are busy and was rude. If your to busy then don’t take my order or warn me it will take forever so I can make a decision to go somewhere else. Very disappointed and this will be my last order from Dominos.

If I could give no stars I would. 2.5 hours from order to delivery. Inedible lava cake. Barely warm pizza. Never again.

It took over 30 minutes to makes and deliver when I was in downtown santa cruz, I asked them to draw something epic on my box which is why I thought it was taking so long, but it was blank when I got it, and the extra beef pizza looked like crap. Check pictures. Capitola domino’s is better…
Sandwich was fine. Driver was polite, but check your pizzas before they leave, won’t make that mistake again.

They literally didn’t deliver our pizza at all. We called about 1.5 hours later asking where our pizza was and they HUNG UP on my friend. We called back and got a «oh yeah it’s here on out rack». Your guys literally suck, the pizza sucked too.

Terrible customer service specifically the manager on 03÷22÷16 around 5pm, was extremely rude, was asked «to take it or leave it» after being charged additional charges for the pizza which were not communicated overall terrible experience considering I have been consistently coming here they lost a customer.
I dont often post reviews but I will never visit there again, that manager should apologize for his tone and demeanor towards a paying customer.

By far the worst experience ever. Manager Chuck was such a rude person. Ranting about how they make the most pizzas west of the Mississippi and that’s why wait times are over 2++ hrs. Also please keep in mind I ordered at 3pm not dinner time. Plus I just ordered a sandwich. So I waited 2 ½ hrs for a hard cold sandwich. The driver said he’s not happy either but they give him over 9 deliveries at a time. Doesn’t that justify to hire more drivers. None the less Chuck seemed to not care about his customers as much as his ego and how many pizzas they pump out of the store. So sad!!! If I was the owner I would watch my store a little closer and realize bad employees make bad reviews and your had earned franchise will soon go bankrupt. Hope you read this and turn things around.

delivery always takes at least a half an hour longer than the estimate… i’m so hangry!

My roommate and I were starving one night after working hard at the lab. Dining hall was closed so we ordered Domino’s delivery pizza and it came after one hour. Kind of a long wait but we didn’t mind too much. The pizza was relatively good — regular pepperoni. They have a «special» student deal so ask about that! Oh yeah, they operate LATE NIGHT.

Waited an hour for our pizzas to get here and they never called. We called an hour and a half later and asked what happened to our order. The guy says that our delivery guy called us and we didn’t answer. We never got a phone call. It was very frustrating. Our pizzas got «reheated» aka overlooked and stale, then were sent back to us and this time the guy was able to dial. Three hours later we were finally able to enjoy our stale and not enough toppings pizza. I’m sorry for never tipping the delivery guys but ya’ll always screw up when I finally decide to give it another try and then you guys throw like 5 little pineapples on my pizza. This place needs a new manager or system because you go in there and the guys have stickers all over their bodies with your orders on them. They are unorganized. You’d think they would figure something out for a place that knows that they are always busy.

Called several times, phone rang and never got answered. This place is hit or miss honestly sometimes the pizza comes out as expected, satisfactory but other times it’s just like «I would have been better off with dijornos from Safeway»

Note to management:
First off — a $ 4 delivery charge is UNACCEPTABLE ! Atlanta or Minneapolis for instance charge a $ 2 delivery charge (also uncool actually) Pay your own staffs wages ! You are making big profits& plenty of orders, so do not expect me to pay your delivery drivers WAGES & TIPS ! Tecnically we should tip also? Thats like adding $ 9-​$ 15 to the price of my «pie»! Fuhgeddahbout it ! No way ! This store only delivers to the nearby area, so please do not try to excuse this exorbitant charge !
Second & more important … Hubby and I suffered all last night from
FOOD POISONING ! gross ! And we DEFINATLY got it from here 100% certain.
Someone needs to WASH THEIR FREAKIN’ HANDS !

Very garlicky pizzas and one of ours had a big black hair on it. Whilst we were waiting a guy walked from outside into the kitchen, didn’t wash his hands or wear a cap/​hair net, then left a few minutes later. Safe to say we didn’t eat any more after seeing the hair so expensive for one slice of pizza each. Avoid!

Way over priced for an average to below average pizza.
Asked for pizza to have garlic crust, I was assured this was standard. NOPE, no garlic crust when I got home. Called and they offered me garlic bites next time I’m in. Uh NO! How about I offer them less money than the bill, same logic. Wouldn’t be back.

This was by far the worst delivery pizza I’ve ever had. It was cold, it was paper thin, dry and it cost me about $ 18. I ordered a light cheese, thin crust medium pizza for my 5 and 7 year olds and it didn’t even fill them up after they surprisingly ate it even though it looked and tasted terrible.

Staff is always friendly and they make some
pizzas. The online ordering is the best and really convenient. I really appreciate this dominos (:

This place has been a godsend during my college career. I honestly can’t imagine what college would have been like without Domino’s existing during those late nights when the dining hall was closed, when we were too lazy to cook, when we were busy studying, etc. The fact that they offered Medium 2-​Topping Pizzas for $ 5.99 and deliver until 2−3pm is what keeps this business alive and thriving, especially since it happens to be right next to the UCSC campus. I’m pretty sure I have seen at least one Domino’s delivery car every night I was in college.
The pizza here is delicious and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The toppings are always cooked just right, the crust is always nice and soft, and the pizza is never too oily (I hate really oily pizza). For those that are feeling adventurous, they also offer breadsticks, pasta, lasagna, chicken wings, whatever your heart desires.
The staff are always friendly and courteous as well. It is always nice to be greeted with a smile and «How’s your night going?» from a delivery guy with your order in his hands. This goes for in-​store staff as well, you can tell it’s almost always busy but someone will always be there to help you. Either that or they will apologize and promise to help you as soon as possible, and then they do. Basically, if you ever find yourself really hungry late at night in Santa Cruz, this is the place to call.

We ordered a large Spinach & Mushroom Pizza.
There were three leaves, and five slices of mushroom — plus it was cold and delivered 25 minutes after estimation.

Pretty average pizza from Dominos. I got a large pizza for 6.99 which is nothing so no complaints there.
I don’t understand why this store has averaged a 2.5 star rating. If you’re looking for higher quality pizza goto Round Table or Tony and Albas.

Took 2 hours for them to delivery my order and when I got it they were missing one pizza. Delivery man said they would be back with my other pizza in 10 – 15 minutes, 1 hour later they closed and I never got my other pizza. Called the store and the delivery man 10 times and no answer. I hope I get my money back because they still owe me my other pizza. Never order delivery from here.
