I love this shop! When I first moved here, this is where I bought my first pair of Sanuks. Lisa is very nice and is very helpful with her honest opinion on the different flip flops. These are not cheap sandals! They are quality sandals that should last quite a while. All the shops downtown are pricier than Amazon of course, but the customer service, selection in store, and convenience make this option for purchasing my flip flops worth it.

Beware of the return policy that is all I have to say!
Everything was great with the first three pairs (not even bringing up the pairs I have purchaced for my wife and son) I have bought from them.
Now the fourth pair will be the last.

I walked in here by chance. The name was striking, I mean if you’re from California, you’re kind of born into the use of flip flops! They have high end flip flops. These aren’t just cheapy flops. A lot of these are specialty brands and designers who design for comfort and performance so try not to be surprised when you see prices upwards of $ 40 on up to $ 80 for a pair. While the name of the shop says flip flops the staff will explain that these are «sandals». Luxury sandals… (They look like flip flops) but there are many varying materials and styles. You can grab something more rugged and outdoorsy or cute and casual. If ever I’m in the market for some fancy new flip flops I would definitely come back because they have so many options and such a clean new store.

The fun thing about the Flip Flop Shop is after the summer season is over, the Shop is still open and carries an extensive variety of slaps in all sizes (and if your size is out, they’re willing to order more)… They’re carrying the Locals which is great news for my girls and I, considering our puppy prefers to chew those sandals among any others we own… pay a few dollars more for quality flips, it’s so worth it and nothing better than shopping local!!!

Love the selection of flip flops here! Lisa and her husband are very friendly. I wish I could visit there more often. When I need a specific style of sandal, I am confident that they’ll have it. :-)
Bonus: They have the Sun Bum lip balm that I am NOT allergic to. I’m allergic to a lot of things but they have one of the few balms I can handle.
