The bacon and eggs were cold. The service was friendly. The French toast was bland. My Dad ate all his bacon and eggs, this has happened before when I only eat to be polite. The ambiance is the part that keeps the restaurant open.

This was probably the worst diner I’ve ever eaten at. Service was friendly but slower than anything. Once our food finally arrived, it was over cooked and just plain greasy. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

I love Jeffreys. Was back home visiting family when my Grandpa suggested it. Everything is exactly the same as when I was a kid. The menu, the cashier, the smell, the food. Oddly though, it’s not worn out. The servers are sweet and similar in demeanor as when I was a child. I just love this place. I even remember it back when it was Golden West. Over 20 years ago now. Anyway it’s amazing how they keep this place up, and they have an offering for everybody. Not your trendy $$$$ diner. Not a rat hole, this is just your classic Sunday morning after church with the whole family diner.

24 hour diner, what is there to really complain about? The food was surprisingly good. We went in at around 2AM and ordered enough breakfast food to feed a small army. The coffee was strong, the eggs were hot, and the cinnamon roll had whipped cream on it. So much yes. Yes, service is a little slow, but it’s very friendly. Will be back for sure :)

Had breakfast for lunch today at Jeffery’s Restaurant. Had to try it. Been living here all my life and have never tried it ever. Drove by it a million times. The diner has been there forever. I am a Diners, Drive-ins and Dives kinda girl. It was yummy! I thought it was gonna be crappy and full of people over the age of 70+. You know, cheap senior citizen discount food. It was really good! My new comfort food place now(Santa Cruz Diner will still be my place for Phở, BBQ pork noodle rice bowls and spring rolls) and for a cheap breakfast for sure! Took our order and the food came out quick and hot. Nice people work there. Don’t just drive by, go in and eat! yum yum!

Met my eldest child here for lunch. We were very pressed for time and I made that known to the waitress. The food was served fairly quick(one star), but I went to give my waitress my card and she was shaking her hand in my face as if to say«hurry, hurry, c’mon». It was quite rude. The food was gross. My daughter’s bacon was burned and my meatloaf had way too much gravy on it. It was drowning. I don’t recall the menu saying they were going to throw so much gravy on this thing. Had it listed that in the description(«Food drowned in fatty gravy»), I would have ordered something else entirely. We asked for boxes so we could take the leftovers for our dogs. As the bus boy delivered ONE(1) box for us both(I asked for boxes), the waitress said out loud, «Yeah, they said they were in a hurry but they are STILL sitting there talking.» Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. I took back my receipt and crossed out your tip. Don’t talk guff about your customers, lady. You have no idea what my schedule was and your attitude stunk to high heaven. I won’t be back here for your crummy food and even worse broke down waitresses.

Seriously, this food is bangin’!!! We came here on Tuesday night at about 2am, which — thank gawd they were open — and there was no wait time. I was happy about that because I needed food STAT. We ordered the steak and eggs, and the biscuits and gravy plus pancakes. Everything came out super fast and the food was, again, bangin’!!! The staff was also very friendly, hence the 5 stars.

We were just driving through looking for a place to eat. Spotted Jeffery’s and thought we’d give it a try. As soon as you walk in your greeted right away and seated. Our waitress was extremely nice and checked up on us several times. I order the chicken fried steak with biscuits and gravy. I love it! Gravy had both sausage and bacon! We will definitely be back to Jeffrey’s next time we’re in the area.
