Jo Birns Acupuncture

I was experiencing some serious back and neck pain and I was having problems sleeping. I was a little nervous about getting acupuncture. Jo was so easy to connect with and friendly that I felt totally comfortable.
I couldn’t even really feel the needles going in. Being on the table is super relaxing and it’s one of the few places in my busy day where I can really relax. I love my acu-​naps!
After seeing Jo for just 5 sessions I no longer experience chronic back and neck pain. I now continue to see her for stress relief.

Jo Birns is exceptional at what she does. I started working with Jo after I’d had a stroke and had just hurt my neck in a car accident.
I hadn’t been to an acupuncturist before and was a bit unsure of it all but I wanted relief. Jo patiently listened to my situation and explained the process as she began treating me. In short time I was able to relax, allowing her to relieve my pain with her needles and kind heart. After a few sessions my neck pain was gone. I continued working with her to assist in my stroke rehab which included low energy and depression from alot of loss of physical abilities
Through body work, nutritional guidance and energy work, my overall health, physical, emotional, and spiritual improved.
