Santa Cruz Computer Shop And iPhone

Thank you for your response to my post. Given that this is the only way to contact you (phone not answering) I have to correct some of the business’ claims. I dropped iPad off December 1^st. 1.) I have the receipt. 2.) my work in Santa Cruz ended on December 4^th and I would not be back until Jan 4^th. This why when I returned the iPad for repair because it was not repaired correctly I asked that it be shipped to SF. I have a record of a call to you on December 22^nd where you said it shipped and you would text me the tracking number. Which you didn’t do because the item wasn’t shipped until December 27^th (tracked it). Your post here is the first time I’ve gotten a tracking number. I called and left a number of messages (call records) and never received a returned call. Unfortunately, through no fault of yours I didn’t get a delivery notice from the post office. Coincidentally, the day you posted here the package was being sent back to you. Now the iPad is being shipped back to your closed business. I’d like to get my iPad back and hopefully it works. The iPad will be shipped to your forwarding address for this business. And since you published my name on Unilocal and violated my privacy I will sign off as Elliot.

Sign and website said they opened at 9:00am on a Thursday, I stood outside until 9:30 and nobody showed. Looks like a dump too. I walked down to Kangaroo Mobile on N. Pacific and they replaced my iPhone 6 screen in 30 mins.

Best tech service I have experienced thus far! I am not the most tech savvy person, and the patience and care that was given to my comouter was great! This guy knows his stuff! I will definitely be back with any future repairs.

iphone inoperable screen was repaired for $ 99 + tax same day. new screen from here is more color accurate and better fitting than icracked counterpart.

I received prompt service on a cracked iPhone 6 screen at a competitive price. The in-​town location made it all very convenient.

Overall semi-​disappointed with the shop. Took in my computer UPS for repair. Battery replaced, but the system still didn’t work. Brought it back and was told it was broken. They contacted the battery manufacturers and received a partial credit. I was told that I would get partial refund.
The issue:
it took multiple phone calls & in person visits to get my partial refund back.

My ipad seemed permanently stuck in an otter case and these guys were awesome. They figured out how to get it out. Fantastic find for all my future computer repairs!

Brought in iphone 4s for repair. Cell antenna was replaced for $ 100. Phone worked for a while and then stopped receiving cell signal. Opened phone to find parts missing. The fact that the repair didn’t last is one thing but to find parts missing is completely unacceptable.

These guys are great. Very helpful and great costumer service Fixed my iPhone in a hour and was in formative about a problem that could be fixed in the future. He loss of an iPhone can bring ya down but people like this really do make your day. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends.

My iphone speaker stopped working. Couldn’t imagine the nightmare of dealing with Apple. Omar fixed it in less than an hour for super reasonable rate. I could not be happier. What a great local business.

Brought in my phone that had been in the toilette, was pretty convinced it was not going to work again. BOOM they fixed it so I didn’t have to buy a new 800 dollar iphone 5.

They’re now my go-​to local shop for any tech device.

Came in with a severely cracked iPhone. It was near closing time but he stayed open to fix it. Very professional and prompt. A+, will recommend.

What a great place!
The battery in my special engraved 30 GB iPod blew up and the apple store won’t replace them.
Carlos was able to get a battery even though it’s an old model and installed it for only $ 35. My iPod is as good as new!

Spilled coffee on my new iPhone and it wouldnt charge. These guys had it repaired in 30 minutes for a reasonable price. Helpful, friendly, personalable. Small local business with great service. Thank you!!!
