Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Long, long, wait times. 20 mins for a small decaf coffee then get to window and asked to wait in the parking lot… really? The entire time I was line nobody can make a fresh pot. I’d rather drive 2 miles out of my way then come here again.

The doors are left open so you can dine with the flies!
The entire time I’m waited on, I have to LISTEN to talk about their co-​worker who’s quitting to work at «xxxxxx» place. If your going to gossip, wait until you finish with your customers!

They do not sell Shamrock Shakes in honor on St Patrick’s Day at this location. This is an outrage.

Terrible service!!! They can’t even give you plastic utensils or syrup for the pancakes. Now my son had to eat dry pancakes with his fingers. They couldn’t even make the vanilla iced coffee right. I guess you lose customer service when you start paying people $ 15 an hour. Never going back there again.

I went inside. Service was fast. Both my McChicken and fries were hot and fresh. $ 4.75 for 2 McChickens and a large fry.

I will not be going here ever again on October 5 they sold me an sausage egg mcmuffin and the Egg was moldy and green I took a bite out of it and now hoping I dont get sick so much for the breakfast all day thanks Mcdonalds for messing that up

Have gone to this store because it’s super convenient to my work. Have had multiple problems with ordering accuracy but really gets me is that they have short changed me multiple times as well. Not in terms of the bill currency, but in the coin change. Today my receipt said I was to get ¢65 back. I got ¢45 back. I believe this store does this as procedure since most people don’t pay attention. Sadly I’ll probably return because again it is close to my work. People have been ok, just not good on accuracy or change for that matter.

Worst McDonalds ever. Ask them if I can have fresh nuggets but they always fail to deliver. They always say it’s fresh but when I tasted it. It was pretty old and stale. Oil was old. You can tell by the nuggets being dry and being left in the heater. I gave them three tries and I gave up. I’ll take my chances at another McDonalds location.

And there was a bench with no seat cushions in the dining area, and a poor little boy actually fell through the seat frame and dropped his tray of food everywhere. I got up and helped him and told management that they should at least have cones or a sign up.

Came to this This McDonald’s for lunch. The service was great. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I got free wifi, and fresh food without asking. I also had no problems getting my favorite sauces with my order. I Definitely will come again.

This place is horrible. Its too nasty to even eat The drive through is horrible with that employee Sabrina She always messes up my orders very rude and unprofessional I think it’s time to update the workers, this spot wasn’t always this shitty

I don’t know whats happening at this M D lately, but 3 out of 4 times, they have screwed up my drive through order. If I has a funny accent, a stuttering problem, or some other speech impediment, I might understand. But clearly, this isn’t the case.
The employees are simply not paying attention, or whatever the problem is, I cant take it anymore, and will not visit this McD’s, possibly any other for some time.

I usually come here because it’s deemed to close to where I reside. But overall the service is mediocre. You ask for something they show it to you then they switch it up after the fact. What kind of service do you call that. Very inconsistent no matter if you walk in or drive– thru. Also the seating area is kind of trashy looking most of the time.
The wi-​fi jacks up my phone’s service even though I’ve added it to my device. Funny thing is that the owners of this McDonald’s has 2 others and I’ve been to one other and that one seems to be in decent shape most of the time.

The $ 1.00 coupon for the breakfast egg white muffin is going around the email May 2013. I went to this McDonald located at 13 330 EAST TELEGRAPH ROAD SANTA FE SPRING CA 90 670. This McDonald did not take the same print out coupon.
My friend used the computer print out coupon at the McDonald’s location near her no problem. I contacted corporate office then someone called back left a message reg. this matter but left a wrong phone number to call back. The email is going around — there will be alot of people walking in w/​the paper coupon May through June. They replied to my email but did not address why the coupon is not acceptable at the local franchise owner of the McDonald I visited but said they are bringing to their attention but did not help me solve my negative experience. Only that my feedback will be is reviewed with the regional McDonald’s consultants. I wanted to know why a friend used a paper coupon at a McDonald without any problem and I couldn’t use mine. As it is, there isn’t too many McDonalds around. The franchise is too big of a corporation to operate inconsistently. I’m surprise there is not a consistency as far as coupon use as in this matter for such a big corporation with stocks.

By far the worst McDonalds I have ever come across. Consistently messing up the orders and when the orders aren’t messed up the food is screwed up in one way or another. From being luke warm and soggy to just looking like the food has been sitting out for hours. I have no idea how this place is still in business. If you’re like me and live in the area it’s better to just wait in the long line at In-​N-​Out or Five Guys. Or hell, if it’s that late go to Jack in the Box at least they don’t screw up the orders as much.

Awful awful awful. Clueless and dirty. 1 out of 5 orders right in the past month. It really burns me when you get take out only to find the order messed up when you arrive at your destination. The shift manager here are also as much of a mess.
