We moved into our home five years ago. This was our first home with a pool and we hired a pool service to come weekly. After being completely dissatisfied with that service we found Sparkle Water Management at half the price. Our service tech has shown up every week on schedule and has done an excellent job of keeping our pool sparkling clean. Whenever we have had a problem with our equipment one phone call to Sparkle was all it took. The following week the problem was solved and we have always been charged a very reasonable price for any parts required. We highly recommend Sparkle Water Management.

We were further impressed and pleased when Chad came by before the scheduled weekly cleaning to check in on our pool and make sure that the pump was performing as it should. He flushed our DE filter and changed a cartridge too, after seeing that the pressure was too high. Our pool is now clear and our girls are swimming in it for the first time this summer! Couldn’t be more pleased!

Got my algae filled pool drained after another pool guy couldn’t figure out a solution. Then walls and floor got scrubbed, then chemicals got thrown on the floor and walls. Then fresh water was added. Filter was cleaned after. All my equipment was checked. My summer has officially started!

We’ve used them for about 7 years. They are very consistent in their service and seem to keep the same people employed so that helps. My neighbor never knows what pool guy will come out. They’ll look up warranties for you on your equipment so if they can save you some money they will. We’ve had a recurring problem with a salt cell they installed and that is the only reason they don’t get five stars. They keep trying to get it fixed but it’s still a problem. Otherwise they have good prices and good service. You would have to check on their service area though as I don’t think they go too far from Santa Fe Springs to do service.
