I was so thrilled when they opened this Starbucks because it is literally at the end of my street. BUT every time I go, whether it’s before work or when I’m hitting the road they have a long line not even worth waiting in because they tend to be slow! I went tonight and sat at the order screen for about a minute or two and no one came to help me. As i drove through past the window I saw the worker just talking. I drove a few miles down telegraph to the next Starbucks and got service like I deserve!

I’m not really into Starbucks but it’s ok. The coffee bean(peet’s also) are much better. The frappés are ok and so is the iced green tea latte. The issue is that I have to ask for the sweet version. Really? It should be sweet already!

My experience was through the Starbucks drive-thru window I got a honey latte caramel Grande and the Thai style peanut chicken wrap cashier said that it was a very popular item I trusted his Instinct because here’s coffee expert so I think I paid $ 10.91 for a crappy-ass wrap that I could have made a lot better the grapes were Brown slimy and top it off the rap He said Sorry and really old I called the Starbucks and let them know what’s what had happened and the Barista that made my drink said that they could only give me store credit and to top it off they did not even give me a receipt I’ve been going to Starbucks for many years and never have I ever had such horrible service they need to get more professional people that understand what customer service is about they should compensate me or give me a free drink for my next visit it’s sad to say that I will never be coming back here ever again this is a really horrible Starbucks especially their workers they don’t even know how to assist people … and by the way the Barista that answered my call over the phone his name is ANDY… extremely rude hung up on me while I was trying to ask him other questions

During the holidays, I found myself at this Starbucks on my way back from Christmas shopping and desperately needed a pick me up. At drive thru, there was a special«secret»(not-so-secret) menu of seasonal drinks. One called the Darth Vader… so I asked what’s in it and all I heard were the word dark chocolate and espresso… SOLD! Drink was awesome… loved it. Aside from that… drive-thru service was prompt and service was friendly.

I was super excited when this place opened down the street from my house but I must say, the drive thru is rather slow but I don’t know if I can say it’s the Starbucks employees or if it’s the actual people ordering in front of me. Service inside is usually fast and courteous. I think I’ve had a few issues where my drink didn’t taste right but since I ordered it through the drive thru and didn’t realize it until I left I ended up just drinking it anyway. I’ll still go here, just wish the service in the drive thru was a bit faster.

Ok… so the only reason I am giving this a 3 star was because the guy that took my order was really nice. However, the girl that was making the drinks decided to correct him, verbally, a mistake he made on a cup in front of me and with a bad attitude. I mean you couldn’t do it quietly or waited until I was not there to witness it. He looked a little embarrassed and I felt bad for him. After he rang me up I went to wait for my drink. The same girl then decided to verbally and loudly correct a mistake that another barista/cashier made, by saying if you want to pay for my eye exams then I suggest you write bigger. Not only did she say this once but twice! She may have been joking… but I couldn’t tell. I get it you are a barista at Starbucks and everyone else is your step stool but really get some manners and treat others they way you want people to treat you! I am just glad she didn’t make my drink, otherwise it would have some seriously bad juju! The cashier was a sweetheart… he even put a smiley face on my cup!!! Totally didn’t deserve the attitude!

I have no complaints about this place. Yeah, maybe their drive thru is not as fast, then again… maybe it’s the customer who makes the line slow??? Anyway, they always do the venti green tea lemonade sweetened delicious, as well as the white chocolate mocha, which are two of my favorites. Their pastries are good, especially their original coffee cake, yum! — They have plenty of parking space and the facility is kept clean. — The employees are very friendly. — Love this place.

Nice on the inside and decent service, but REALLY difficult location. Street is currently under construction. Parking is a disaster. No place to park and people are double parked which is interesting since it was relatively empty on the inside. It’s only good if you’re getting drive through.

I don’t always buy coffee but when I do its Starbucks lol jk but this place is around the corner from me. I’ve never had an issue besides the lazy people going through drive thru that cause congestion. I don’t do Starbucks much but this location seems like a good one

Poor quality Starbucks, so bummed. The coffee tastes burnt and bitter every time. The staff is okay, getting the job done. Won’t be going back

Stopped at Starbucks in between sales calls. Ordered the beef brisket sandwich, as I had not tried it before. I asked the person helping me to cut it in half, as per the display. She did her best, but proceeded to ‘manhandle’ the sandwich. Regardless of the poor presentation(ate it in-store, so asked for a plate), the price of usd 6.45 is not worth it. The sandwich is smaller than what was displayed(not as bad as a Carl’s Jr. commercial). Some of the meat fell out while the server was destroying the sandwich with what appeared to be a very dull knife. I will return to Starbucks, but will not order that sandwich again. If I did, I would suck it up and eat it whole.

Been here 3 times. First time I waited 20 mins in the drive thru with 2 other vehicles. Second time I tried the drive thru again and ended up leaving cause of the long wait. This time the wait was okay. I ordered a grande iced coffee with light cream & got heavy cream. This place is fairly new, so gave them a few shots. But I’m done with this place. I’ll keep going to the one off Lakewood in Downey.

I love this particular Starbucks location. Mando, Dennis and Anthony are awesome. They all work really hard. I really appreciate that these guys go over and above to make sure that they provide excellent customer service. This is as good as it gets!

I was excited to have a Starbucks open right down the street from my house until I actually went there. First of all the drive thru is always a bother, so many people at all hours. Second the staff is well below par. And what I mean by that is that they aren’t fast, knowledgable, and above all the drinks are unsatisfactory. Sad to say I will not be coming here anymore. I gave it at least 5 chances. And every time it was a let down.

After wishing for a Starbucks closer to my home, my prayer were finally answered and one finally opened nearby and is quickly becoming one of my go to Starbucks. Located of Telegraph Rd, which is a super busy street at any given time of the day a little patience is needed after 9:00, although the wait is never too long as many people state but those are the people that add The mistake of coming on opening day knowing that yes it would be super busy. This location has plenty of parking but it tends to get busy because it is a very busy shopping center especially with auto zone and 99 cent store as neighbors. This location does have a Drive Thru which provides speedy service. If you tend to be pressed for time do take advantage and use the mobile ordering app and have your drink ready without the wait. How awesome is that. Baristas are super friendly and efficient and provide excellent service and hey as a regular they already know what I order and have it ready to hand to me when I walk through the doors.

SFS: Great location and long awaited. This Starbucks interior is excellently planned with functional and abundant space. The service is well above par. The manager Daniel is a nice friendly chap with model customer service skills. The service is expedient and order accuracy is spot on. I think the Starbucks people pulled their best from the area to work here and we deserve it. This Starbucks will be a successful addition to the SFS community.

There’s no lack of Starbucks in my area, but when I found out this one was being built closer to my house than any other, I couldn’t help but be a little excited. This Starbucks location is nice, but sadly, not my favorite. Ever since it opened about a month ago, my drinks have always tasted great. I’ll give it that. In my experience, the service here has always been pretty quick. Most of the employees are the Starbucks standard. Not too friendly, not exactly rude. This is the only location in which I’ve had a notably bad experience. On one specific morning, I took my younger sister here and she ordered her usual drink. However, the cashier looked at my sister like she was an idiot. I had to step in because this really irritated me. I understand that the beverage ordered wasn’t a standard menu drink, but at every other location, my sister has had no problem with her order.(Previously, a barista at another Starbucks location informed my sister how she should order this drink the next time she wanted it.) I feel that this cashier/barista may not have had much experience with custom orders or whatever, but she didn’t have to make her customer feel stupid. Not very nice.
