We stayed here for 3 nights as a base for Santa Fe, Taos, National Park etc and it was great. Its a bit out of the way but we had a rental car and they offer free parking so it worked well. Taxi’s into the town are steep at about $ 20. The hotel itself is really good value, clean, the rooms are large and nicely furnished. There is a tiny gym, pool and Jacuzzi. Free Wifi and breakfast included. There are a couple of places to eat near by if you wanted to walk but its not that easy to get about on foot. I’d stay at a comfort suites again for sure.

Great, clean hotel in Santa Fe. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We liked staying a bit out of Santa Fe. Would def recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s our second stay at this hotel visiting Santa Fe. Nice room. Clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was solid. Close to everything. The mall, restaurants, and I25. Will always stay here.

Stayed here for nearly a week for a conference. It was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was fine, with cereal, coffee, breads, pastries, and a couple of hot items available each morning. Nothing fancy but it served the need. The afternoon cookies are very nice when you come in from a long day! The pool and hot tub are nice though the hours are limited. The gym is beyond tiny, though. A treadmill, an exercise bike, and a weight machine, and barely enough room to hold them. That being said, I had no issues with access while I was there. Staff was friendly, rooms and facilities were clean, and fellow guests were friendly. The hotel isn’t downtown in the city center and there’s not a ton to do in walking distance, but there is plenty to do downtown, which is a few minutes’ drive. And between downtown and the hotel are lots of restaurants, so the location works if you have a car. Neighborhood can get a bit shady at night but that’s not the hotel’s fault, and we certainly had no issues. I wouldn’t walk around by myself at night. Nothing about this hotel particularly stood out, but sometimes when you’re traveling for business and just need to crash at night, that’s a good thing.

This was a really nice place and a good value for the money. Super clean. The staff was kind and flexible and we had an amazing suite. I would definitely put this place on the top of my list for future stays.

Decent place to stay for your money in the Santa Fe area. It’s not in the downtown historic district; but it’s close enough to still be convenient. Rooms are large, updated, clean and nicely appointed. TVs in rooms are HDTV and have an abundance of channels. They also give you a lot of nice, plush towels to use, which is nice. They have free hot breakfast items; which is great, but they do not ever change the menu on a daily basis. So you can get tired eating the same stuff every day. Plus, the hot items, the eggs and sausage, tasted like they were microwaved and weren’t that great. But hey, it’s free; so really can’t complain here. Staff is extremely polite and nice, but apparently not very organized, properly managed and/or trained. One day, they ran out of cream cheese for the bagels and cream for the coffee for their daily breakfast. IMO, they should be proactively checking their inventory on a daily basis or just go to Walmart across the street to buy some if they run out. Furthermore, when we checked out, we didn’t get automatic check out service and we did not get our receipt under the door as did everyone else who checked out on that day. As a result, it was a hassle to get our receipt. The front desk person insisted we couldn’t get a receipt because we purchased our rooms through an online travel site like Expedia or Travelocity, which we didn’t. After the clerk checked some more, we finally got our receipt. So our check out process was longer than it needed to be and was certainly a less than desirable experience. I would have given this place 4 stars instead of 3 if not for these problems.

Extremely nice hotel. My family and I had a two queen suite and the room was around $ 85. The rooms have direct tv and free wifi. The breakfast is about the same as other breakfasts at hotels but everything else was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay for the holiday weekend and it’s not far to the downtown area. The staff were courteous upon check in(as always) and quick with an answer to help out us tourist. Even ended up with a great dinner suggestion, Café Castro, you need to try it, close by The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and quite(except for the bikes in the morning). Nice flat-screen and free WiFi helped to relax and plan out the next days trips. The only downside were the bathrooms, just a little on the small side. The breakfast nook was always a little crowded(holiday weekend) and the young lady stocking everything was jumping to keep up with demand. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, however the pool area needs a little TLC. Overall quite an enjoyable stay.

For a chain hotel, a bit out of downtown it was a pretty nice place. We got a nice seating area, desk, fridge, micro, coffee pot, a king size bed, flat screen and free wifi and a free breakfast all included in our rate. The place was clean, we always got a good parking spot, it was easy to get to everything and the staff seemed helpful. I thought the bathroom was bit tight and I could hear the street noise if I turned off the AC, but really these were little things that didn’t impact my stay. Thumbs up!

I really don’t have any complaints about the Comfort Suites. It was pretty centrally located, the AC worked perfectly, the rooms were clean, there were a ton of channels on the TV, and good water pressure in the shower(and I didn’t have to duck down to get my head under the spray!). The continental breakfast was a little lacking, but we also didn’t go down til about 9:30ish and it was pretty well picked over. I think I had the tiniest bagel in the world for breakfast. All in all a good stay and I could see coming back.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The location is decent. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Only issue is that the room key has had to be fixed 2 times in 3 days. Everything felt really clean, and for the price, this is invaluable. HIGHLYRECOMMEND.

We didn’t notice any water pipes making noise.(We stayed on the second floor in 205). Staff was nice and friendly. Plenty of clean towels every day(we stayed 1 week). Our room had 2 queen beds(no bed bugs, hell yeah I checked), an arm chair, sofa bed, 2 little coffee/side tables, table and 2 chairs, mini dresser with flat screen tv, radio with mp3 input, mini fridge, microwave and mini coffee maker. The do have breakfast with coffee, juice and tea and cookies in the afternoon(although not our cup of tea). I thought we got a lot of room for the price, especially compared to what you get for the money downtown. How much time do you spend in your room anyway? One down side is the fitness room. Bike seat adjustment was broken, elliptical was not smooth in its motion and the treadmill was just older that what I am used to, so we swam in the small indoor pool instead and walked in the neighboorhood behind the hotel. We were irritated that our heat turned on overnight one night and we suspect that housekeeping had turned it on, but oh well! Overall, we would stay here again.
