This has got to be the WORST BB&B I have ever been to (and that’s including both coasts)! The employees are the rudest, dumbest, most disrespectful people I’ve ever encountered! They don’t know about their own products, they interrupt customers, and get openly angry when you ask them where a product is located! It was so horrible, I actually had to leave the store! In conclusion, treatment like this towards prospective customers– or even towards other people, in general– was NOT something I grew up with. It may be a chain store, but it appears that that doesn’t guarantee a professional attitude and/​or service. Therefore, I HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This seems to be the norm as it has happened before. Sad.

They had everything, prices were reasonable, and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. A great selection of goods and a delightful experience. Heartily recommend this BB&B location.
Adding: After a few more visits, still love this place. It has things I didn’t even know I needed but that I’m happy to have once I have them, and the staff are still great. Couldn’t be nicer.
