I live in Santa Fe and was sad to see the store close here but I decided to work with the Albuquerque store and have been delighted with the service. Baillos is locally owned and operated and has good prices, so when I moved to Santa Fe, this is where I went to buy my washer and dryer. My purchase was eased by their credit deal of Zero percent financing for one year. hey! why not!?! BUYERBEWARE. It is surprising this is legal, but if you should qualify for this credit deal you will get a statement from wells fargo every month, asking you to pay some nominal amount of your purchase price. you think you will pay this and then at the end of the term they will send you a balloon payment statement, where if you dont pay it off, you will start accruing interest on your balance at the rate of 27.99%. No such statement will ever come. you will forget about the financing term entirely and very quietly, on the 13th month statement, you will get a bill for accrued interest over the year. in my case the appliances were about $ 2200, my interest charge was almost $ 600. They consider this a special financing a «credit card» with a special promotional period. Sure enough, if you go look at your statements you will find that they were telling you all along, in their very casual, dont-notice-me, way of filling up your billing statement with so much information it is unreadable. You will have no recourse except to pay it. It is surprising to me that Wells Fargo is allowed to make deals like this. It is more surprising that the merchant who use these deals do not take extra care to make sure their customers are well aware of the terms. to the point of even sending a letter before the term expires perhaps? Baillos does not profit from the 30% interest I am paying on their products, and I consider it very irresponsible of them to use these predatory credit schemes and not protect their customers better. that is my last purchase from Baillos.

Was shopping for an appliance. Was working on matching price with cowboy salesman. He got offended when I told him I got a better price somewhere else. He said he didn’t care. I left and he said he would not honor price he offered if I didn’t accept it right then. I walked out and never came back. They were only offering floor models. I went somewhere else and I got better model in the box for way less. Don’t put up with Mr Urban Cowboy man cause you may just find what u r looking for somewhere else. They were better with service back in 2008 – 2009. Guess they’ve hired a bunch of hillbilly men. Goodluck Baillos.

Sorry to say, I agree with the dissatisfied customer. We purchased a certain brand dishwasher on the insistance of the salesperson. Should have known better as he was pushy and disinterested in our explcit needs. I gave the dishwasher a chance and then complained. By then the salesman was«no longer with them». After more calls than I can count finally got the manager and he agreed to help(supposedly, at employee price). He was to get back to me with a «good» price on installation. Guess what. That was the last I heard from him. Never go there! You are not a valued customer.

I am not a regular writer of reviews but I am inspired by my experience today to write a review. I went into the Santa Fe store with ghosting on the cabletv viewing screen of my new Samsung television. I’ve had Comcast here 2 times. I’ve had the property manager here once or twice. No improvement. Today I went into the store and Jerome in electronics, gave a clear explanation of what the issue could be. He found the cable I needed. He walked me over to a piece of equipment to demonstrate the installation, and looked at the pictures on my phone. He then listened to what I was looking for in a home theatre, and gave a clear patient description of my options. At home I had some difficulty with the new cable. He walked me through it over the phone with total clarity. I have not had an experience buying and getting technical support for video/t.v. like this ever. Thank you!
