Love this place! I decided to review it after going there and having consistently good service for about a year now. The staff is also super super friendly! The food is also really good especially for the prices! They make the best eggs I think. And the wait time is always moderate, even on a Sunday morning!

Be sure to change your«Kids eat Free» signage right outside your restaurant — the fine print clearly does not say a beverage in addition to the entrée is required. False advertisement and arguing with the customer is not becoming for any corporation — big disappointment

worst ihop ever!!! do not eat here! took 20 mins just to get a glass of water. owner was walking around trying to get more people to come in at his slow time instead of getting the customers who were there served. servers are working hard but they don’t seem to have enough support

As our food and service was great; we had a major issue while paying our bill as we were leaving. The arrogant and pompous guy dressed in regular clothes switched my sister and my check’s. So I ended up paying hers and she paid mine. I paid $ 4 more than I was supposed to and it wasn’t the amount that bothered me it was the principle of it. When I pointed it out and asked why I paid more than what my check was; he brushed it off acting like he could never make a mistake and said my sister should give me $ 2 to make up for it. That was his unapologetic resolution to fix HIS mistake! Sorry, as a past employee and manager of the service industry; I don’t play with people’s money and if I make a mistake doing so I can«man up» and fix my mistake! Bye IHOP…

1 star only because there is no room for 0 stars. From beginning to end, this place was just gross. The pancakes were so tough my brother ordered a steak knife to cut them(I kid you not!). My pancakes were the same way, but my bacon(ordered crispy) was limp. I sent it back along with the eggs. I waited, and waited… You know the story. Finally I ask another waitress to find out what happened, eventually out comes my crispy bacon, WITHTHEORIGINALEGGS(now cold). The place wasn’t busy just fucked up. There was more, but I’m tired of thinking about the experience. Oh, the creepy guy in the parking lot was a bonus.

Went there. The boss was kind in he let us take our dog on the patio. The table was dirty the waitress pulled out a chair that had bird poop on it she expected me to sit on it. My husband punted to another table we had to search for a clean chair. We sat for about ten minutes, I asked a waiter if they had another one working there, he motioned to the door. It then we sat about another ten minutes, it was getting embarrassing. We consented to sit on there dirty patio but it was like we were begging for them to serve us. The other customers were aware of how we were being ignored. I sure did want to eat some double berry pancakes. Oh well maybe another town at a clean ihop

Well, the food is OK here, but the service can be absolutely terrible, don’t expect a drink refill and you may not be disappointed. Sadly that still makes this place one of your better meal choices after 8PM in this sad little town.

We had tried every single tiny café for breakfast and just needed a quick and easy breakfast as we headed out of town and home. We were seated quickly and order taken. Food arrived fast and was of course good. Pancakes are never a disappointment.

****Attention**** This is a must read DONTEATHERE We had the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. We showed up around 705 pm we ordered our food and our appetizer and we waited waited and waited. Finally around 8 pm the waitress/manager name is Melodie comes and says our food would be right out. We had noticed everyone around us was getting their food even though they came in 20 to 30 minutes after she went back and asked the cook where ticket number 30 was and he shrugged his shoulders. Well she started looking though the trash and found it ! The cook was awesome he noticed that she threw away our order so HE acknowledged it with us and sent us an appetizer right out ! Now we have been there way over an hour and the waitress hasn’t even came and told us she screwed up! So we asked another server to get the store manager he stated HE was in the back and he would get HIM . So we waited about ten minutes go by and our food starts to come out around 830ish so roughly an hour and a half later .Then as Melodie is bringing our food she states she had put a rush on ours and put the order in before the people over there and she pointed to the people that just walked in and havent even ordered yet .like she was doing us a favor. I was lost my wife was pissed . Then she states she messed up and lost our order. I told her i knew that because the cook acknowledged us and wanted to fix the problem. She said no he didnt we work together he wouldn’t have covered up for me. I stated well he did and it would have been different if you would have came and told us as soon as you knew you messed up instead of hiding it. So we asked for the store manager that we asked for earlier she states she is the manager. Wow if she is the manager she needs fired and the cook promoted because he was the one to try to fix the situation not her ! Sorry for the rant but this was a horrible experience I understand mistakes happen they just should of handled it totally different. The actual food wasn’t bad but the service needs attention

Luis was our server tonight and he did a phenomenal job. Incredibly friendly and provided great service for our meal. Five stars just for him!!! It’s always sets the tone of a meal when the service is like this.

Terrible service, terrible food. Where do I even start… I feel bad for the gentleman who was seated beside us who walked out after waiting well over 15 minutes for someone to take his drink order. Our waiter was short with us, wouldn’t allow me one bacon strip and one sausage link with my meal, but told me I could have ham?(I’ve never had this problem at any other breakfast place, ihops included). But perhaps he didn’t understand me in his effort to rush away from our table(and never return with water refills!!) I ordered eggs over medium, a pretty simple preparation, which I was served over easy with bread that had never seen a toaster(protip: bread becomes a nice golden brown when it’s cooked, then they call it toast and you can manage to eat your disgustingly undercooked eggs with it). The pancakes crumbled apart in sheets upon buttering, but by that time, the lack of appetite ended that curiosity.

This place is rude they like to rip off senior citizens. So beware when we spoke to the manager about the problem he said he would give us a complimentary entrée but needless to say when we got our bill he had only taken off 20%. When asked to speak to the manager again he refused to come out. How shitty is that. SENIORCITZENSBEWARE!!! Never go here this place has poor service on top of everything else. Our food was also over cooked. Bad place to eat. It would not let me post with out a star I think it should have no star. They were also rude about the VETERANSDAYFREEPANCAKES. They considered these the free meal that they were all ready getting for free. It is obvious they are prejudice against VETERANSANDSENIORCITIZENS.

The food at this IHOP was never overly impressive and there was one night where a side of sour-cream came with a random tomato tucked into it – gross. Service was never fast and getting our tickets usually took a good half hour.

Do not go to IHOP in Santa Fe. We thought 30 minutes was a long time for two orders of pancakes. Customers coming in 15 minutes after us received their dinner before us. Come to find out the waitress failed to put the order in. The manager was half-heartedly apologetic, as if to say it’s ok for the waitress to screw-up. The manager did not try to expedite our order, nor did he come over to the table to apologize. The coffee came in a thermal carafe, but it was only warm. My wife cancelled her order, I ate half of my order and we left. Caucasians in Santa Fe are called Anglos. I truly feel this is an example of reverse discrimination again a middle aged Anglo couple. Denny’s pancakes and food is as good or better than IHOP. Denny’s gives an AARP discount; they have a better menu and better pricing and Denny’s has Wi-Fi for its customers.

If you have to go to IHOP on a Saturday or Sunday morning, get there before 9:00 am. The particular Sunday that I went to this IHOP the had run out of swedish pancake batter which I thought was strange. Anyhoo, the food was was okay, unremarkable, not challenging. IHOP is someplace you end up, not someplace you plan on. And the disabled parking spaces are a ridiculous distance from the front door.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE!!! The first time I went I ordered something with Turkey Bacon because I cant have pork and he brought out regular bacon and didnt say anything. I noticed the difference but what if someone couldnt have it didnt notice it. When I addressed the issue he said it was beacuse they were out of turkey bacon as if it was ok not to inform me. Next trip, I place an order to go on the phone and they say 15 – 20 minutes. I walk from the hotel next door 20 minutes later to greet the guy telling me they do not have my order in the system. He did not offer to compensate me or anything so of course I left. Horrible service and mediocre food.

My wife and I had the soup and sandwich combination which was very good. The service was very friendly; but the server forgot to give us utensils and napkins. Plus, it took forever to get our food. Hence the 3 star average rating. Finally, the owner or manager of the restaurant was chewing out his staff in public and, needless to say, was very inappropriate.

This is a great IHop! The menu is the typical IHop menu. The service is fast and terrific. It is relatively new(built around 2002). The bathrooms are always clean. I don’t eat there at prime times(ie, Sunday morning), but I have never had to stand in a line. I’ve never had to wait excessivley long for our food to arrive. There is always plenty of paring. Of course, this is not gourmet food, but it shouldn’t be compared to that.

Ok. I didn’t WANT to go to IHOP. We had just pulled into Santa Fe, checked into our inn, and freshened up and were ready for a late dinner. It was my first trip to the Southwest and I really(really, really, REALLY) wanted some authentic Southwestern grub – or, at the very least, Mexican food. We weren’t entirely familiar with the layout of the town(husband had been here – but it had been years), however, and after wandering aimlessly for a half hour and not finding anything open(this town closes up early!), we happened across an IHOP. At this point, I’m starving and IHOP is salvation. As far as IHOPs go, it was solid. They’re open late, so if you find yourself in Santa Fe and hungry after 9pm, this is your go to place. The service was super friendly(a very likeable group on the late night shift). I ordered their Spinach mushroom omelet made with egg substitute and my dining companion ordered their Migas con Chorizo(he was making a last ditch effort at eating something resembling Southwestern cuisine). The food was everything you expect from IHOP. No more, no less.
